Front desk staff extremely helpful. Since hotel parking has been fully booked, Bernie marked down the exact location of a few nearby parking lots and gave us detailed information about how to get there. Great location, incredible scene of the valley from balcony. Great food at the hotel's restaurant.

Nice hotel right on the clif by the new bridge. Hotel was fine but could do with a little updating to the place. Also they didn’t have an iron you could borrow for some reason. Over all decent hotel in a great location

The Parador are excellent hotels. This is our 4th stay here. Fantastic location. Very professional staff and service. Great room with views.

Our favorite place to visit and favorite hotel stay. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious! The views are incredible and bar service and food was great. The young lady who checked us in was great, very friendly and helpful. We did not like having to schedule a breakfast time, especially after check in front desk staff offered no flexibility when we had a tour scheduled prior to the available breakfast time they gave us but we went to the restaurant anyway and they accommodate us. We went in June and the pool water was very cold! Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, they were always full.

The hotel is undergoing major renovation and is covered in what I would describe as a fishing net. This meant the canopy on some of the balconies can’t be used making the balconies unusable with the sun directly on you in the afternoon. If I had known this in advance I’d have booked a different date.
