Traveling through Sigüenza we stopped at the castle / hotel to see the architecture and the hotel itself (which is magnificent). This review is to the wonderful woman at the front desk, whose name I missed. I asked for a bit of advice and she was so welcoming, and made me feel like I just asked a close cousin for advice on her hometown. As I write this several days later, we are still exploring some of the towns she recommended. The hotel is magnificent, the staff make it a five star experience. I want to thank her so much for the help and joy.

Beautiful and interesting Parador. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served interesting local dishes and the wine recommendation was great. I wanted to buy some olive oil that was served in the restaurant but reception did not seem to know if it was possible even though Parador in Avila do sell theirs. Lovely stay would return.

Incredible experience 😍 beautiful renovated castle immersed in nature, very clean rooms too, with all the necessary amenities. All of the staff was so kind, polite and helpful! The breakfast was great with a large selection of options, and is served in a beautiful hall. Greatly recommend it, what an experience!

Building is georgous. Service and product at bar and restaurant are at the level of a developing country: half of the menu is not avaible, no service outside in the terrace. Staff not greeting, nor welcoming. Avoid at all cost.

The hotel is beautiful and the town is quaint, it’s great for taking a walk around there is so much to take in. The service staff, particularly the breakfast servers, are rude and unprofessional and lower the 5 star quality and feel. The food is mediocre some dishes were 5 star quality and others were no where near. They have a great kids menu. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place to visit and stay.
