Hotel was exceptional , staff were perfect throughout our non season stay. Helped us with taxis and directions and suggestions to help plan out days around Rhodes . Breakfast was great , Greek coffee is delish and restaurant staff were super efficient . Choices were great for vegans . Clean hotel . Thankyou

Parking was a bit tricky unless you arrived back mid afternoon. Bathroom in room was rather tired.

It’s a great place for a few days stay in Rhodes Island. Check-in was quick and easy, which made for a smooth start to the stay. The room was clean and well-kept, though it was a bit on the small side and the soundproofing could be better—I could hear the neighbors at times. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Breakfast was okay—nothing particularly special, but it did the job. One of the best parts was the location, which was convenient and included parking space—a big plus.

This property is staffed by caring , warm people who go out of their way for you. The rooms are quite small but otherwise adequate. The curtains are not blackout and the rooms are not soundproof. The dining area is pleasant. The food has a large variety and is well kept but the quality is average to fair. The salads and vegetables are not fresh and not appetizing. More care is put into the meats and carbs and desserts. Cleanliness is excellent everywhere. The lobby has nice entertainment and people enjoy that.

Be very careful about this hotel - I paid extra for a seaview room and got totally done over when I got there. They gave us a room with no sea view and our only view was the surrounding hotel buildings. It was only after kicking up a fuss that they changed the rooms and even then, it was more of a partial sea view and we missed the sunset and sunrise that other people had written in the reviews about. Really disappointing seen as though they advertise the full sea view rooms on the website, which you have to pay extra for and then cannot deliver. There was another customer who also was appalled by the same thing and complained at the same time I did for similar reasons. Don't advertise something if you cannot deliver. The rooms are also much smaller than advertised. Needless to say will not be returning to this hotel - be very careful when booking here and don'tbother paying extra for sea view rooms seen as though they don't even bother to deliver on it!

The restaurant & catering staff were welcoming & excellent, with special mention to Valentina & Savvas & the young waitresses. Cleaners were courteous especially Cynthia & Anna. However, reception was slow in responding to problems. Great location near sea & city centre.

Fantastic location and price. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. Good facilities and fantastic room. Very clean state and regular room cleaning throughout my stay.

Overall the hotel was very good, nice facilities, friendly, helpful staff and good food options. The first couple of nights at the hotel were very noisy due to a large number of teenagers staying at the hotel.

Unique agitated check in basic mediocre room

Very modern and clean Hotel, lovely friendly staff and very good buffet breakfast included. We had a partial sea view with balcony and its worth paying a little extra for that. Parking is not site but plenty of safe parking around. Room service daily and clean towels every day. Only 20 minutes walk to marina and old town, very close to all the tourist attractions.
