This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a farm animal area to visit which is lovely and fun!

Great view clean rooms. Sumptuous breakfast. Restaurant food was excellent but service at dinner was super slow. Sat down one evening and we were ignored for 20 minutes before finding a local dining option nearby.

The best way to get around with Uber, the breakfast was decent, fresh orange juice was good and the croissants were so soft. Pedro is extremely friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable the pillow was super soft.

We loved the setting, the quiet spots to relax overlooking the lush greenery of the Algarve. The staff were extremely efficient and polite and the food top quality. The animals and turtles were an extra bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer! What a beautiful property. Dinner was delightful.

Lovely hotel -- nice modern and very comfortable rooms, surprisingly good dinners from the restaurant, warm staff, and beautiful countryside surrounding. We didn't get to use the pool, and the area around the sauna was a musty with very limited hours. Not really a gym as others have mentioned, just an outdoor area, but if you know all this, there is much here to enjoy!

By car approx 30 minutes to Faro town centre and airport. Fairly new hotel with excellent friendly staff and good dinner menu. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

Very nice service

A beautiful stay a short drive from Tavira. The hotel rooms and grounds were spacious, well-maintained and pretty. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Didn’t even eat dinner there so can’t comment on that!

The staff here make your stay meet all the needs you have. The calm environs and the sustainable approach to everything they do makes this a first choice for comfort, tranquility and conscience.

What a beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains, orange trees and the pool. Tranquil beauty all around. I hope to come back and stay longer. The food was great at hotel too!

Lovely tranquil location, but not difficult to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, very clean, with a very good en-suite that had an excellent shower. Outdoor heated swimming pool was a bonus and was open for around 12 hours each day. Grounds were well kept, with several nice places to sit and relax in front of some spectacular views. More work is being done to add extra children's play areas. Nice restaurant and bar area. Around a ten minute drive to Tavira, so close enough to other bars and restaurants as/when these might be needed. On the down side, breakfast was a little limited and lacked variety, especially for someone with dietary constraints, but what was there was always fresh. Bed was a little on the firm side for both of us. Overall, a very nice, well-run hotel in which to spend a relaxing holiday. 4.5/5
