Good hotel to stay in Madurai when i visited Madurai Meenakshi Temple with family

The place is amazing. Customer service is exceptional

The rooms were extremely luxurious and the staff was very attentive. The included breakfast buffet was wonderful; we love traditional South Indian cuisine and the chef and staff are very good. The dinner buffet was also quite good.

Excellent location, fantastic people, very enterprising staff, Nandhini at the restaurant was exceptional and so were other staff members… still need to take a transportation to the temple, very clean hotel..

Overall good stay

Excellent hotel. Restaurant options for all meals are excellent. We needed a takeaway lunch option for us. They prepared it for us. The one issue that didn’t work well for me was to get transportion out of the hotel. Taxis in Madurai se non-existent. Auto-rickshaws seem to be the main mode of transport for tourists like me. Day 1, I had trouble finding someone at the door to get me an auto-rickshaw. It took 10 mins before someone could even get started to look. Day 2 when I went to the door, no one there would go out to get an auto. So off I went on my own to go find an auto for transportation. Hotel needs to do more for guests needing a simple way to get around

This hotel was clean and staff/service were good. But the locality is not good. It's right opposite to a big bar with drunkards all around and closer to a noisy bridge.

Best professional service and Highly courteous and well trained customer interface team. Special thanks to Ms Nanthini who showed highest standards of hospitality. Would love to stay there again and recommend to my friends.

Adjacent roadworks make access a bit uncomfortable and dusty. Should go away after the work is done.
