Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. Highly recommended. Once again, having had previously awful experiences, this hotel was excellent on all the metrics which count. Thank you!

The check in procedure was very difficult

Friendly helpful person on reception, offering advice on where to eat locally. Excellent buffet breakfast for €9. Bright, welcoming areas on ground floor. Bedroom clean but tired-looking. Good hotel for overnight stop.

I thought it was great that there was a mezzanine for my kids. Everything looked great and the room was very clean.

Warm welcome, helpful staff over the phone and at the desk, convenient code door system, clean, good breakfast, location. Ah la France and the Cantal we like!

We were very lucky to have a family room so we had lots of space. Big bathroom, comfortable bed and nice breakfast as well.

Staff went above and beyond, Lohan was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable with nice breakfast. Will stay again!

Hôtel très propre , chambre spacieuse , petit déjeuner excellent , personnel accueillant

Le personnel , l’accueil , la chambre Tous est chaleureux et cosy Le service repas en chambre est vraiment un plus . Juste une petite chose: des petites disettes de gel douche ou savonnettes seraient super car personnellement je n’avais pas prévu mais c’est un détail .
