Central location for St Marks Square 4 mins walk, 11 mins to Rialto bridge and market.18 mins to academia bridge. also a lot of places to get a gondola and bridges for photos. Used google maps and didn’t get lost. a lot of shops and places to eat close by but in a quite location. Comfortable beds, toilet and shower a bit small but not uncomfortable. No lift but all rooms located in the first floor- doable with suitcase. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the free coffee and tea with biscuits in the breakfast area all day

The location is unbeatable: it’s like 3 minutes from St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica and the Doge’s Palace. Lots of restaurants, bars, high-end stores and souvenir shops. Supermarket and vaporetto stations close by. Quiet location. The rooms are small but cute and clean, with a safe and mini fridge. Breakfast is bland and it’s the same every day. Some pastries, salami, cheese, a few fruit (some of them was half rotten already), hard boiled or scrambled eggs. Coffee and tea included. The lady at the breakfast area is super nice, as well as the ladies at reception. WiFi worked perfectly. However, one morning the cleaning lady started saying ugly things out loud about another guest in front of everybody. Too bad I speak Italian and understood every word. The same person knocked on our door one morning and asked whether we wanted cleaning. I said that we would be out in 10 minutes—she then made a face and left. There was no cleaning for that day. Oh well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Lovely place to stay in Venice. Everything is a close walk away. There's a set of stairs, so those who have accessibility issues be advised. Lovely lady at the front desk is informative and friendly. Would definitely go back for another stay.

We are amazed, beautiful hotel very clean and service was excellent, breakfast was excellent, and everything was more than we expected!!! Even we reached Venezia very late they guided us with all details and information!!! Highly recommend!!!

Good location, got lost finding it, but easy access for water taxi to Marco Polo airport. Anastasia at the front desk was hospitable & nice. Beautiful place, clean & quiet. Good breakfast provided. Simone & Emma also were nice . Our flight was early, and bread & fruits were provided on our request. Will gladly recommend. Thank you for an excellent service.
