really enjoyed our stay ,when checking in at reception staff were really helpful and very polite and friendly the cookie we received was a very nice touch .Room was very clean plenty of space to put our belongings. Bed was so comfortable. On our return back to hotel we went to the sky lounge, again staff very polite and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

That rooms were in excellent condition and very clean with good facilities. The fact you overlook the canal and railway lines are an extra bonus with a holiday vibe of cafe culture. Hotel is near to the shopping centre which is a shopper paradise with a wide range of shops and goods.

Great place to stay in central Leeds with secure parking nearby and easily accessed from the motorway. Staff are a credit. Good breakfast. Canal views in some rooms and lively rooftop bar.

We asked for a walk in shower but they gave us a room for a disabled couple. I am 5ft 3" and struggled with the sink etc. My husband is 5ft 10" and found it impossible due to it's low height. There was knowhere to put anything around the sink! We asked to change rooms but were told they were full for our 3 days there. Not what we expected! Next time we will ask for a shower not over a bath.

Always my go-to hotel in Leeds. Minutes from the train station. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is consistently excellent. Guest rooms were recently refurbished, so there's a nice fresh feel to the rooms. Good value and great quality.

Room was great. Only issue was service in the bars as it took an age. Otherwise excellent.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. I’d avoid the Sky Lounge especially on a weekend. Far too loud, and was laughed at by security assuming I could just pop up for a drink as a resident - they were full, but they had seats at the bar. I had to push to get them. Cocktails were terrible and over priced. Tried the bar downstairs, was better as you could hear but again the drinks were poor. Room was lovely, bathrooms need a bit of attention - you can see where they’ve done work (moving things like towel rails) and they’ve not re-plastered or tiled properly. Might have just been my room but for £235 a night I’d expect something better. No vegan option as an alternative for the cookie on arrival either. Not very inclusive.

Always a friendly welcome with cookies as a nice gesture. Room was nice with good amenities such as safe, bottled water and biscuits to dunk in your tea. Good location.
