Everything was excellent, only observation was there was no lift and being of a certain age and used to a bungalow it was quite difficult getting up stairs, but staff did volunteer to carry the bags. The staff and the food were lovely.

Ok. Had a disaster with a different hotel, we were down for the British Open and panicking. Spotted this White Knight and booked it. Great choice. Firstly the start from reception to the bar to the restaurant were exemplary. Chatty, fun and super helpful.

The location is superb but we were impressed at how friendly and engaging the staff were. No one we encountered had anything but a smile and friendly engagement. Absolutely awesome. The room was clean, bed super comfortable and breakfast second to none. Would not hesitate to rebook.

Situated in a quiet location, overlooking a park and water and a short 8 minutes walk from the station. An excellent value and good quality breakfast. Rooms are reasonably priced. Parking available on site. Liverpool city centre is only 20 minutes by train running regularly all day and late into the evening. Staff were all polite, helpful and prompt when dealing with any queries.

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms with large comfy beds, breakfast good with lovely team. We had dinner in the bar and food was very good. Secure Carpark too. Would stay again and only a £12 taxi to Anfield. Short walk to train station which takes you to Liverpool Central.

The hotel may not be classed as a 3 star but everything else about the hotel was definitely was and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also a mention for James for going over and above to help. The area of Waterloo has some interesting history and sights 😀

For our second visit this year we had a good room and the bed was fab. Food is good here and recomend it

I always look for parking on site and food both where good, friendly staff made you feel welcome, would stay there again
