Excellent staff, great location.

My room was very clean and welcoming. I was surprised with the full kitchen with a fridge, stove, tea/coffeemaker and microwave. All cups, utensils, plates/bowls and containers were found in the cupboards. I didn't go to the pool but I'm sure the full size pool would have been awesome too. Hotel was walking distance from everything. It was great.

The breakfast is very basic and crowded, you’ll probably have to eat in your room if you’re not early. There was a hydro interruption all day, which is out of their control, but I was not informed about it until I arrived to check in. The room was spacious, well insulated, and clean. Parking was extremely tight and difficult to maneuver.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié les déjeuner inclus et copieux , avec des enfants c’est génial ils a du choix. La suite etait très bien, cuisine petite mais très fonctionnel, il manque des scot towel et peut être sel et poivre mais rien de plus. Les lits confortables. Le seul truc moins bien était la piscine… elle n’était pas propre et l’eau n’était pas clair, ils ont du vider et l’eau était froide. Je recommande cette hôtel à tous les filles qui veulent vivre Montreal pleinement sans dépenser trop d’argent. Bien situé, le métro très près et les magasins 😁

Lors de mon séjour , il n’y avait plus de place dans le stationnement . Malgré cela j’ai obtenu un stationnement sécuritaire au même prix l’autre côté de la rue , soit devant l’hôtel. Merci !

Staff very helpful at checkin. Room was spacious with good kitchen facilities although 2 of the 4 rings on cooker did not work. This was reported but as we were there for only 2 nights it was still outstanding when we checked out. Bathroom was fine with toiletries provided. If you have a car it needs to be less than 5'5" height otherwise will not fit in the underground carpark. However the hotel has an arrangement with another hotel 5 minute walk away where headroom is 2m. Cost of Can$25 per day applies for either carpark so not a big issue. Unloading bay at back of hotel is very useful before parking the car. Breakfast included is continental with cereals, breads, bagels, boiled eggs, ham, delicious coffee, juices, fresh fruit and yogurts.

This hotel was absolutely what I wanted.The room was big, had a kitchenette and had the most amazing view of Mont Royal. The bed was so comfortable and so we're the pillows. The breakfast is continental, I was so impressed with the food selection. Great location between Mont Royal and downtown. I would absolutely book this hotel again.

Located and parking within the hotel. The service was very good. Breakfast was included. The views from the terrace w1s beautiful. Again the location location location

The staff were very friendly. We initially had problems with the toilet but it was quickly fixed. Our suit was big enough for our family of 6 (4 kids). The kids liked the pool and the terrace at the top of the building. Would stay here again.

Was in a good area and room was nice

Great location, clean, quiet, and all the staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful. Good breakfast and rooftop pool. We were able to request an additional single bed and there was parking available (although very narrow!).
