This is my second stay at this hotel before heading to the airport. It's very convenient, with a shuttle bus and very close to Narita Airport.

The service was excellent, with friendly, English-speaking staff. There's also a shuttle bus that goes directly to Narita Airport, so you don't have to lug your luggage to the station. 😁

I was travelling with 2 kids. I booked a double bed room. Staying at this hotel was over expectation. The room was classic look but spacious, not a typical hotel in Japan. The location is great, just next to Narita station and 15 minutes walk to Shinsoji temple. The one that amazed me was the staff ability to speak English.

traveler ... this hotel is highly recommended .... for a fairly cheap budget because it is around Narita airport, with a position to Narita station just walking distance so it can be a starting point to explore Narita and close to the airport, oh yes 1 more thing that is advantageous this hotel provides a shuttle bus facility from and to Narita airport starting at 7 am with a room with full facilities and quite large for 2 people, like other 4 star hotels even though Narita U City is only a 3 star hotel .. .. nice hotel

Ada shuttle antar jemput bandara, start jam 7 dari hotel. Pelayan-nya sangat pandai bahasa Inggris jadi mudah. Recommended.

Hotel strategis dekat dengan stasiun kereta JR. Staff semua ramah, ada shuttle bus di jam tertentu dan gratis, dekat hotel ada penjual makanan, Family Mart dan lain-lain. Kebersihan juga bagus, tetapi kalau hotelnya memang bangunan lama. Tapi okelah dengan harganya, worth it.

Great experience for hotel. Room’s quite big, compare to hotel in Tokyo. Staff is very polite and helpful. There’s 2 station near Hotel, Keisei and JR. If you have early flight in the morning, you should consider took taxi to the station or direct to Narita airport. Because the elevator to Jr station start operate on 6AM. Otherwise you should take manual stairs if you want to go to the station.

Nice hotel and in dendat with the station the atmosphere of the city is also very comfortable and very quiet recommended.
