OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT. MOST OF ALL, YOUNG LADY, THAT CHECKED US IN WAS VERY PLEASANT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THE GAL THAT CHECKED US OUT WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT. IT MAKE A GREAT DEAL OF A DIFFERENCE WHEN 'STAFF' IS KIND AND WELCOMING AND PLEASANT.

Convenient location, easy check in, clean room, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Morning breakfast was good as well.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Location is great. Close to all amenities. Staff was also friendly. Over all it was greatl experience. Definitely willbe my first choice in Windsor

The only thing I didn’t like the washroom was old and the room was very smelly I had to spray perfume every 1 to 2 hours.

It was an older place but with updates. Tub didn’t drain well. Air didn’t really work well. There was a strange damp wet smell

From check in to check out it was an awesome experience. The hotel is renovated providing all the amenities you expect from big name hotels at a fraction of the cost. Super clean staff was very pleasant. Highly recommended

No towels, one towel per room, homeless person sleeping in hallway, disinformation, not worth the price.
