Wonderful staff and service. Pool and hot tub were not working which was disappointing to our son and general maintenance could be improved (closet doors off track and unusable, no dishwasher pods for dishwasher, etc) but overall convenient and good stay.

Place could use a deep clean behind furniture. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Mattresses need replacing can feel springs popping.

The rooms are outdated. We stayed for two nights. The first night the heater didnt work. Following night it was making loud banging sounds. Unfortunately, wouldn't recommend to stay. So, disappointing.

Staff was great. Hotel is clean but needs updated and lots of work. Shower was meh. Pool and hot tub was down the 5 days we were there. Need to sell beer and wine in the shop but overpriced items, go next door to get better deals and a bar. Worst "hot breakfast" I've ever had. Food was terrible everyday, cold and tasted funny, fruit was way over ripe, and missing a lot of items.

It's an ok property.

We were in town for a family reunion. Having a suite let us invite family over to visit. The pool and hot tub added to the feeling of a vacation. The staff were friendly, helpful and always busy doing their work. Thank you, Homewood Suites, for a very comfortable stay.

They have a washer and dryer on the second floor. It was really helpful.

Property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was was making improvements daily. Only problem I had was the hot tub was down during r stay. But we still had a fantastic stay beyond that.

Staff pleasant and rooms were clean

Pool was closed for 4 out of 5 days and then when it opened a gaggle of little leaguers took over with their oblivious parents letting them do flips and roughhouse splashing my relaxing family. We lasted 10 minutes. After a complaint the hotel DID give me one night free. Thank you for that.

There weren’t enough accessible rooms. That is the reason why we had to only stay one night even though we’re we requested it we weren’t able to get an accessible room, which is very unfortunate
