Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from.

The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). There was a problem with my reservation and both Orbitz and the Hotel blamed each other. It took 5h hours of my weekend trip and 6 agents (yes, 6) to fix this. Disappointing. Orbitz and Mercure need to review their reservation systems. The hotel needs to fix the ceiling in the dinning room. Unacceptable, in a hotel that costs (in Poland) near $100 a night.

Good location to town centre, small beginner slope and ski school across the road. Common areas are recently refurbished, children playroom and swimming pool were excellent. Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable enough. Spa treatments were very good and extremely reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay !

Conveniently located hotel with fantastic views of the mountains. The facilities were excellent (restaurant, bar, spa, pool, parking). The hotel offers 2 car parking facilities, 1 of which is free, the other is secure and comes at a cost. The hotel was in a quiet area, therefore we felt safe leaving the car in the unsecure parking lot. All members of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I arrived at 2am but the check in desk was still open and I was greeted by a very friendly man that made us feel welcome. He explained the layout of the hotel and the timings for breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The toiletries were good quality. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Karpacz.

I travel with my wife, 2 years old daughter and dog. You could take your dog with additonal payment, 30 PLN (about 10$). In hotel is special kids room with toys and kinder garden. Also there is a swimming pool and smaller pool for kids.

Not bad, can be better if the room has more space, and closer to the main action,so we can walk to the main attraction and no need to find parking again and again. Swimming pool water is a bit too cold and jazkuzi is not hot all, steam bath is great and sauna has perfect temps true. It has nice view, but I did not get the balcony, it will be nice to walk out. Not bad for the price I paid, but I though it was including breakfast when I book, I was disappointed the breakfast was not included. It will be nice to have breakfast, I am sure I book with breakfast deal, anyway, it was nice for family vacation, very kids friendly. They also have table tennis, basketball, pool, game room, play ground, sun bath garden, it is perfect for family reunion, but not AC ,so it's too hot to go in the middle of summer.

This hotel is convenient to the skiing and hiking trails of Karpacz. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The spa area includes a great sauna, steam room, and wonderful pools for your use. We did not use the restaurant available at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

A very nice hotel with free use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steamroom. While swimming you can look out at the snow covered surrounding outside - very lovely. A lady at check in put in a folding bed for our young son at no charge which not many hotels in Europe would do. Even if you don't ski, this hotel is a nice place to relax in this winter wonderland. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

Check in war eine Katastrophe. Obwohl zwei Zimmer gebucht, war die Dame an der Rezeption der Meinung, nur ein Zimmer wäre gebucht. Erst nach mehrmaligem Vorzeigen der Buchungsunterlagen, bekamen wir das zweite Zimmer. Also immer Buchungsunterlagen dabei haben! Zimmer und Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen, müssten dringend modernisiert werden. Aber ansonsten ist es sehr urig, gerade im Restaurant. Man muss aber wissen, dass gefühlt jeder Gast mit einem Hund da ist. Muss man mögen, wenn man im Restaurant ist und man das Gefühl hat, man wäre im Zoo.

Es war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich.

Obiekt ma już swoje lata co widać gołym okiem. Pokój i łazienka ok chociaż mały remont i odświeżenie by się przydało. Lobby i bar odnowiona. Fajna sala zabaw dla dzieci. Restauracja czynna od 13 wiec jeśli która chce się napić kawy z jakimś deserem to niestety przekąski dopiero od 13. Obsługa miła i kompetentna.
