Stay was amazing I really enjoyed my alone time with my significant other

This property is one of our favorites! We appreciate all the updates they have done to the property. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast has great choices!

It was ok

It was great! Comfortable clean room with many accommodations from home which worked out perfectly.

The check in was so bad that we cancelled our stay. So sad. It was our granddaughters college graduation. We waited at the front desk for 2 hours for our room to be made available. The clerks at the front desk had no interest in helping us. It was a horrible experience on what should have been a joyous occasion.

no soap dish or glasses in bathroom. Not enough wash cloths. Otherwise room was fine. should have water bottles in refrigerator.- its FL.

Lots of road noise from the highway nearby at all hours of night.

This was our first time staying at a residence Inn. We absolutely loved it and we’ll make this our new hotel of choice for the future. We loved our stay in Gainesville even though it was just for one night.

The man who checked us in was a delight.

Check in staff was polite. Process was quick and simple. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The bathroom smelled musty and there was an empty beer can left under the desk. The breakfast was not the best but it’s what you would expect. Property is not what I expected of the Marriott name.

The front desk andbither staff was very accomadating.

Dishwasher was covered in mold. One of the TVs was not working and there was no one on site that could help

Check in was seamless. I was unable to get a suite and ended up with the studio. Apparently the studio was not equipped with an oven. There was a small stovetop but all they provided was a 6” sauce pan. So much for a grilled cheese sandwich. The lights flickered the toilet broke might have been a perfect storm but overall not a great stay

Terrible

I’ve stayed here many times when on business trips in Gainesville. It’s always comfortable and convenient. Staff very friendly.
