ABSOLOUTLY NO COMPLAINTS

Courteous staff, clean facilities

Found two hair clips with hair in the floor. Only one set of towels for two people. Toilet seat creaked room very hot. Bed mattress hard.

Overall, we had an excellent stay overnight at the hotel where we attended a party. The room was excellent and the breakfast was of good quality and well cooked. The initial welcome at reception was a bit clinical with one word answers when trying to chat so not a warm welcome but other than that, all was good.

10 out of 10 for this place. Very clean, it was nice and warm, everything catered gor. Best hotel ive stayed in so far tbh. There was nothing i disliked.

Good hotel to stay in for our trip to falcon experience at Kirkcaldy. Very efficient and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
