We wanted to visit but didn't have our own car, and the hotel didn't provide a shuttle service, which wasn't very impressive because it was quite difficult to get around. The staff were all very polite and helpful, but the lack of a shuttle service was a problem, especially since we had a one-year-old child with us. We asked the hotel if they had a shuttle service to a nearby location, and they said yes, but in reality, there was no shuttle. Getting around was quite difficult, especially when checking out. We asked if they could drop us off at a nearby 7-Eleven, but the staff said the golf carts couldn't leave the hotel grounds. We weren't happy about that, but overall, the hotel was great. Maybe it was our fault for not being able to come back. Would we return? Probably not.

The accommodation has a great location, with restaurants and shops right in front. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, right by the sea, perfect for relaxation.

The food here is fresh and delicious. The view is great, the atmosphere is good, and the service is warm. I will definitely go again if I have the chance.

Good, 150 m from the centre. Located on Khao Lak Beach, Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort and Spa is surrounded by a tropical rainforest and lagoon. It features 2 outdoor pools and 3 dining options.

There is a beautiful private beach. I was impressed.

You can tell from the decoration and the overall floor plan that this is a very old hotel. However, the staff are amazing and the room I had was clean. The pool and restaurants are kept clean. The staff, though, are the highlight of this hotel. Lovely people. The hotel is undergoing renovation and part of it is closed. I'm actually happy the place gets a renovation.

ไปถึงตั้งแต่ บ่าย 2 ได้เข้าห้องพัก ทุ่มกว่าๆ โทรตามไป 2 ครั้ง เจ้าหน้าที่บอกจะเร่งแม่บ้านให้ รีโมททีวีก็ไม่มี กระติกน้ำร้อนก็ไม่มี ต้องโทรบอก เจ้าหน้าที่ถึงเอามาให้ ทีวีสัญญานก็ดูไม่ชัดเท่าไร ( แต่บรรยากาศ รร. ชายหาด สระว่ายน้ำ ดีมาก ส่วนตัวชอบในส่วนของบรรยากาศ กิจกรรมต่างๆ พายเรือคยัก ชม 300 แต่ก็สนุกดี) ส่วนของห้องพัก ไม่ค่อยพอใจเท่าไรค่ะ

Full of noisy guests screaming running up and down corridors at night waking people up slamming doors until 2 or 3 am we complained! breakfast they grab everything pile it on their table and leave it. Other guests cannot get near the food unless you push your way in.
