Everything went great and all the staff was wonderful. I love how the parking has its own parking attendant to keep the cars safe. Tip them well!

Great hotel! Right on the main plaza is town. Beautiful interior, friendly staff, and great location. Only downside is it can be slightly noisy sometimes given its location.

We had an amazing time here. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 4 month travels and a gem in the centre of Granada. We felt very spoilt by the staff, the pool was great, we requested a quiet room and liked having our balcony over the pool rather than the streets. Really comfortable bed, lovely hot shower and a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and they had almond milk available for my vegan husband. On one day we went to Ometepe and they made us a breakfast box to take with us. The bar was not open late, but we enjoyed the free welcome drink eventually! Amazing hotel stay and we would recommend to anyone. Thanks to all helpful staff who make this hotel a special experience. Really recommend staying here to anyone.

Great place everythimg its around

The hotel is located strategically in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions, very friendly staff, hearty breakfast, room conditions good, pool is a bit small but sufficient for purposes of visiting the city. Would stay there again, actually wanted to extend my stay but they were fully booked unfortunately.

Amazing staff, they were super helpful in giving restaurant recommendations and booking tours. Breakfast was good. Rooms were updated and clean.

The location was perfect, the staff was excellent Henry, Nahomey, Julio, and Carlos made the experience 6 stars, the amenities and the rooms were quiet and very comfortable. I highly recommend this Hotel

Very convenient

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel in the heart of old Granada very much. The staff are skillful and attentive in all aspects. The breakfasts were lovely. The room and facilities were very generous. The swimming pool was beautifully managed and a great boon for guests. It is very conveniently located at the centre of the city. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. On the other side of the street is the Palace of Culture, a busy part of the civic life of Granada, noisy on occasion. It would not put us off coming back to Hotel Plaza Colon but if you are looking for complete peace and quiet at all times maybe you should be aware. That is not a criticism of this hotel because they are where they are in the very centre of town.
