Good clean room staff very accommodating enjoyed the time

I choose to stay at the property because of the kids playground ,pool and restaurant. Both of my recent stays were let down because of my restaurant experience. The menu online is different to the menu available in the restaurant when i questioned the waitress she said oh yes the menu changed a couple of weeks ago. The menu was disappointing. There also was a 40th birthday party happening and we were discoursged about sitting down near the playground so we could watch our kids playing.

Restaurant closed because of kings birthday which was disappointing.That was part of thexreason why i chose to stay there and it was all closed.

Brand new build- strong ‘new smell’ which is unhealthy for some people and may put those with chemical sensitivity off. Door open, fan and aircon on, and bathroom fan- strong new smell all night. Staff were nice and friendly, dining area and playground was great. Would have loved shade cloth over pool like in pictures.

There are few gaps in maintaining a clean and comfortable room standard whilst basics are met. As we had flight issues and wanted to return to the hotel, we were disappointed that the phone wasn't answered at the hotel though we tried several times.

there was rubbish outside near the bushes, noticed it hadnt been picked up by room service staff as they passed it- several days. need a small desk in the room. fridge overflow tray from freezer had defrosted and overflowed- creating a towel soaking mess. bed was very hard, need a new mattress. parking very tight. location on the lake, swimming pool delightful. free washing machines great.

This property is great but it needs a lot of work behind the scenes I think in our welcome pack it's eight daily housekeeping no housekeeping was part of our package was present by a house day so the office skill said very hard to get stuff to stop and help you as well

This place is best for me. It’s safe, clean and quiet.

The room was super clean but the window was bathroom’s window was broken! Everything but that was very good.

We had a great stay here. The room was freshly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The facilities around the property were well maintained, and the new playground was a real highlight for the kids. There was an issue with our booking due to a mix-up between Expedia and the accommodation, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They organised a great alternative for us straight away and made the whole process stress free.

Friendly staff. Like most in the region, overpriced food of average quality. WiFi never worked in the room during our stay of five nights.

Beautiful setting, great coffee and breakfast at the cafe. Comfortable bed

Lily Lagoon was beautiful to stay while in Kununurra. Wonderful surroundings with great staff who are super friendly and able to help out where they can.

The staff were amazing. Boris, Jennifer and Josephina were such a pleasure to deal with.

Room was very good, well fitted out and clean. A lot of construction around the site but from what i saw once construction is finished the area will be much improved.
