Just returned from a truly refreshing stay at this beautiful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough. What I loved most was the lush, green surroundings. The landscaping is incredibly well-maintained, with trees and gardens that create a calm and rejuvenating atmosphere. Waking up to the stunning ocean with sunrise was simply unforgettable. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful throughout our stay. On top of that, the location is a huge plus, right in the heart of the city, yet still offering a peaceful escape. Feeling genuinely grateful for this experience. This resort truly deserves more recognition and appreciation.

This is the former Hoang Anh GL hotel, now renamed and renovated. It boasts a beautiful, spacious location with a garden and swimming pool offering a relaxing view. However, I'm really disappointed with the room's interior. All the wooden furniture is painted black, making the room look unappealing and lacking in basic amenities. The lighting is minimal; the bedroom is large, but the worst part is the two ceiling lights shining directly into your face, so you often don't dare turn on the main lights, only using a night light because it's too bright. The shower water pressure is weak. The breakfast area is too far from the resort, so if you arrive on a rainy day, you have to use an electric cart, and since there's only one in the entire resort, you have to wait quite a while.

Things I liked about the resort: *the staff. they were courteous and welcoming *the landscape *accessibility. it was easy to book rides to and from the resort. there were nearby shops you can explore Things,hopefully they'll consider to improve: *mosquitos. in fairness to the staff, when we called about the issue, they sent someone to spray something to repel the mosquitos. *Food at the restaurant. the interior looks new and the view was inviting, but the selection and taste needs to match the ambience of the place. *accessibility to the beach. the view is stunning, but getting to the beach is tricky. the stairs don't look safe for smaller kids and elderly. when I saw the beach, the first thing I thought was, "Is it safe to swim?"

The hotel location is nice but the quality is not up to standard: breakfast is not diverse, hot and cold water is intermittent.

The room is beautiful and very spacious, the advantage is that it has a private beach and especially the staff is very enthusiastic, will definitely come back if I come to Quy Nhon again.

Beautiful resort near the beach, but difficult to swim because there are many rocks. The room is large and beautiful but the hard mattress hurts your back. The location is near the center, convenient for traveling. The reception hall is large, open space, and has no air conditioning, so it will be hot to wait.

The location is right in the center, so moving around is extremely ok. The reosrt campus is beautiful and green. However, the resort does not support customers much. I arrived at 13:00, even though I knew it wasn't check-in time, the resort wasn't really crowded, but still didn't support early check-in, even though I asked a few times, when I checked in, I was only given 1 key. (I've never stayed at a resort that only gives guests 1 key. I'm probably afraid of wasting electricity. If I ask for more, I'll say no. When needed, I'll call the staff to open the door for me.) It's too inconvenient. I ordered 2p with a bathtub, but in the end I only received 1p with a bathtub, 1p TV with YouTube, and 1p without. I don't understand why there is no such uniformity, even though I paid the same 2p. There were only 2 pillows in the room. Even though I informed them that there was a baby in the house and paid the surcharge, but when I asked for more pillows, the receptionist said I was afraid there wouldn't be enough. but there are not many customers. At breakfast, there were no napkins on the table, so I had to ask for them. There are too few food items compared to the room price. The swimming pool's water is cloudy, even though I went to shower in the morning. In general, the campus and view are unquestionably beautiful, only the service is...

The room is far away and there is no tram, no wardrobe, hot water takes forever to flush, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, toilet water is weak, flushing no matter how many times it takes to drain. The swimming pool seems a bit small compared to the scale of the resort, there are many mosquitoes, the sea view room is nice but if you stay in an interior room, it is better to stay in a hotel.
