Clean and friendly

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

Good: - Balcony - Breakfast - Convenient, cozy location close to parks Bad: - The room had dusty corners - Washroom was not clean - Balcony door had broken lock (on the first floor) - Kitchenette in my room didn't have any utensils

We stayed at Una for a month while our house was getting ready for us to move in. We absolutely loved it! The staff are so nice and helpful! The food at the restaurant is amazing! It’s easy to park, it’s easy to access. We will definitely be recommending it to our family and friends when they come for a visit. Amazing place!

The property is located about 10 miles to Switzerland border, and nearly 30 miles from Malpensa Airport. It easy to maneuver if you don’t mind Verse’s rich roundabouts. The buildings were designed there will be no future cars. Arese Mall is also about 30 miles. Don’t leave Milan without visiting the mall.

It was a bizarre hotel with lots of bad design features. The toilet is dangerous if someone open the door it cad badly hurt the person in the toilet.

The room was extremely dirty, dark, and felt completely closed off—very gloomy. There was no natural light, ventilation was poor, and overall it was very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Room was freezing and Aircon/heating would only blast cold air into the room. I complained after the first night but nothing improved. I like the location of this hotel and have stayed several times whilst on business in Varese, however I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is modern and has beautiful suite rooms It is isolated, need to take taxi to the center of the city

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our 1 month holiday in Europe. Ample parking, large space for big cars and free compared to our last hotel that charged 11 euro per night for an awful garage. Love the sumptuous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. In the evening, there's happy hour kind of snacks which are delicious. Hotel is clean and room spacious. Could have given them 6*

I strongly recommend

This is a convention center a bit out of town. The room was nice: good size, modern, comfortable for 2 people. The staff was helpful and attentive. There were some stains on the hallway rug which were a bit unsightly. The on-site restaurant was good but not cheap and not open Sundays. Alternative eating possibilities were few because of the location about 15 minutes walk from downtown. At dinner time we were usually tired from the day's activities and not in the mood to walk again. Bus service was frequent however. We resorted one night to Deliveroo to save shoe leather.

The hotel was large, it’s currently undergoing maintenance. No active use of swimming pool as of (March 2023), works being done to outside facilities including building cladding. It is in good condition with decent rooms. Our room had two bathrooms, but a toilet seat was missing in one, some fittings were loose in the bathrooms. This wasn’t an issue for us as there was another to use. The hotel has a 4 star rating on the front entrance door but not sure about that, maybe 3* star working it’s was to a 4* 🤔 although it does look nice inside. The staff were ok and willing to help. They would order a Taxi for us, but we had to arrange car hire from another source ourselves, this is not clear on website. They let us store bags in a safe room on our checkout day, the front desk spoke good English. All in all we will stay there again as it is in a good location for us and the rooms and hotel did reflect the good price of €399 for two rooms for 2 nights. Breakfast was a buffet, scrambled eggs and bacon. This is a as close as you will get to a fry up. But a large selection of everything else, hams, fruit, breads, cheese, continental style but good. The bar is only open from 5pm till 11pm, not very good for hotel bar as we brought family back for a drink and it was closed. They do give decent complimentary snacks which was very good. You can smoke on the balconies to each room or outside, but not inside that was good.
