Staff nice and friendly, room was a good size and a lovely clean pool area. A bit worn some of furniture and limited kitchen equipment but we were only there 2 nights, so only used glasses and cups. Great location. We did email for extra pillows in our room and they replied to say they would do this but it didn’t happen. Safe a good price €2 euros a day with a refundable €5 deposit. Hair dryer in bathroom. We would go back again.

Location of the apartment was good. Even the room was spacious. Thats the only thing they are charging the premium. Not all the information mentioned by Hotels.com was accurate. They didnt provide any toiletries or tea coffee facility in the room. Room cleaning was done every alternate day. Also, breakfast was below par. Hence, I recommend not to go for breakfast or all inclusive.

Great location , so near the strip and beach . Shower was a little tired ! Room ok was a fridge no cooking facilities

Studio apartment was basic but adequate. Breakfast was very poor and breakfast room was lacking.

Pool was freezing and life guard wouldn’t let anyone do anything. No balls , no lilos , no jumping ! Pool bar wasn’t great

Great location close to all the pubs and restraunts very clean apartments overall very good.

The location is good and the apartments are bigger than a lot of more recently built ones. However, the seats are uncomfortable to sit in and the lighting in the main lounge is very poor, very difficult to read by.

Excellent location, property well maintained but dated and selled of smoke. Great shower but towels that don't dry you. Stayed in December but with no air con, think it might be warm.in summer

Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. Will definitely return in future. :)

Stayed for 7 nights in Nov 23. Absolutely fantastic stay, friendly staff and nice accommodation. Location is second to none, 2 min walk to strip and beach. Rooms cleaned 5x + a week. Would definitely return to these apartments.

We were pleasantly upgraded and had a couple of nice quiet apartments away from the pool, the rooms had everything you may need for your visit. Very clean and even had maid service a few times during our week, however, we did not need it. The grounds are kept so clean - you can see a lot of work is done in maintaining gardens. Lovely pool however, we did not use it as was a tad busy for our liking. Would we stay here again? Yes for sure. Ideally situated for both New and Old town.

Ideally located for the PDC strip, and not up a steep hill. Room was basic but just what we wanted. Room had 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and microwave, plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls etc so great for us having breakfast - small supermarket located within a few minute walk for essentials. Small pool with plenty of sunbeds, bar had 2 happy hours daily and a selection of food to purchase. We would definitely stay here again

Arena Dorada are in a great position just between 50and 100 yards from strip and beach. Pool area and pool bar great .we stayed in a studio but plenty of room. Bathroom had shower u walk in brilliant no shower curtains 👏👏only downside in apartment no wine glasses 😞😞

Comfortable and spacious apartments which are very near the sea front yet quiet (we were in block D) set back a very short stroll to the Avenida. Decent sized balcony and sea view. Clean pool area and nice little breakfast.cafe bar.

Great location, 1 minute to strip and 5 minutes to the beach and that's why we booked. Only used the pool once, it was nice but loads of dead flies in the water and very uncomfortable sun beds. The usual odd cockroach going about. Also people putting towels out early and nothing done about it. Hot water off in certain apartments for two days and only the receptionist about to deal with it! Staff were lovely and we used the cafe once and food was good.

Overall nice appartments and good reception, good TV with English channels, decent breakfast for 6e, but appalling wifi. Almost impossible at peak times. Hotel blamed clients for using it too much!!! And we went at low season, would be even worse at high season.

We stay here anytime we come to Lanzarote. We love the apartments, staff, location is excellent no hills and a lovely sea view.

Staff were very helpful as always but also COVID etc very helpful when I needed to find out where to go for tests. Apartment very clean as always
