Additional comments: I understand even though we arrived early from the cruise ship, check in was not until 3PM. However, it is very disappointing to not even get checked into the room until almost 5PM. I had to ask for a room credit for meals and was granted $150. I should not have needed to ask when my room was 2 hours late. Aside from that, the room service was prompt and staff was friendly.

Lovely hotel with water views. It's very convenient for many sights in the city. Hotel staff is exemplary. Very clean, quiet and luxurious hotel.

A great place to stay especially if you are going on a cruise. The amenities are good. The gym was large. They have a newly renovated spa. All the toiletries were nice. Sushi was good and a nice place to sit and people watch.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every interaction was professional and polished, making the entire stay feel seamless. It’s rare to find a hotel that consistently hits every mark, but they truly went above and beyond to make the occasion special.

The reception at the hotel was excellent, the personnel were attentive and very nice everywhere I went in the hotel. The room was great.

My favourite hotel to stay at in Vancouver. And I've stayed at most of them so that's definitely saying something. The customer service is unparalleled. Their newly renovated gym is exquisite. Location is the best. It may seem pricey but 1000% worth the money. I cannot recommend it enough.

What an amazing stay! From the fantastic check-in with Gabriel to the location everthing was perfect for our trip. We would definitely return. The room was clean, updated with remote controls to everything in the tablet next to your bed. I could go on and on about the Fairmount Pacific Rim...try it for yourself! Vancouver is so beautiful and worth a visit!

Overall, I loved everything about the property. I had a very clean room, the staff were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was amazing, and the my massage from the spa was fantastic. I would recommend this location to everyone i know and also wouldn't mind returning.
