Our room was large and very clean. Pool and gym very well maintained. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean and quite and spacious

Room was clean on surface but we found a pair of socks under the sofa and it was dirty in corners. Beds weren't comfortable and the linens were really plasticy.

Driver window on vehicle was smashed. Would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast is great every morning specially with a little one that baby chair. The staff was so kind and friendly. Definitely come back. Had a great stay . Couldn’t be happier!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty, mostly pastry/bread options, but eggs and sausage too. Pool was clean and kids loved it.

Stayed here with my family over the weekend. The hotel is nicely renovated and looks clean. However, I don’t think they did anything to update the build of the hotel (which is understandable), because the walls and doors are paper thin. We could hear every “hello” and “good morning” outside by the elevator. My kid enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, but the water was a little white and cloudy. And the showers in the pool area for people to rinse off were not working. Overall the stay was good. There wasn’t a cafe or restaurant within walking distance but we took advantage of the breakfast here before starting the day. Parking is free and very accessible which was nice.

Nice clean room, towels bedding ok. Paper products thin and rough.

Very clean. Decent breakfast included in the morning. Bed isn’t the most comfortable.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was underwhelming. The property has a bit of wear and tear. The rooms are not very soundproof, we heard kids running in the halls til 11pm. Their parents were also partying and going from room to room. We called for security to come talk to them and the only person on staff was the front desk clerk who did their best. I will never stay here again, will look for an Airbnb next time we’re in Kelowna.

My only complaint would be that the air conditioning unit is controlled by a motion sensor in the room, after some time without motion it shuts off. Obviously while sleeping this is a problem, woke up hot a few times, I had to sit up and wave my arms to restart it, this should not be the case.

Overall, property is good, but somethings are missing in the room like hairdryer and faulty coffee machine. Rest is an average property and with the price it’s pretty good.

Lots of breakfast options. Eggs, sausages, cereal, waffles, toast, pastries, etc.

All was well.

Great location, modern comfy rooms, amazing hot tub. What’s not to like?
