The staff in the check-in area and the restaurant provide good service. The rest are not very attentive to customers. I'm not sure if it's because I'm Thai or not. When it rained, I had to carry things and walk in the rain. There was no car or umbrella to help facilitate both the stay and the return.

The hotel has a good atmosphere, suitable for people who really want to relax. Quiet, peaceful, good weather, delicious food, good service staff, smiling, cute. Breakfast is delicious but there are only a few choices. Accommodation prices and quality are balanced. If there is a chance, I want to go back and stay again.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Me and my friends stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it so much! The room was so nice and clean and the bed were comfortable. But what impressed me the most is the breakfast! It was delicious. Also the environment here is so natural and that made us feel so relaxed. Most importantly, if you want to do water activities such as surfing, it 's very convenient because there are surf schools near the hotel that you can only walk for 1-2 minutes and also, this beach is the most popular surfing spot in Khao Lak. For all the reasons above, I would highly recommend it to everyone!
