The hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping, were all very approachable and friendly. The hotel amenities were good, and I will return when I come to Vung Tau again.

The interior is generally quite old, but still very clean; the beds and mattresses are clean, fragrant, and comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

The room was acceptable for the price, but it was a bit dirty. There's no elevator upstairs, so you have to climb the stairs, luckily it's on the first floor. If it were on a higher floor, I'd probably be out of breath carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The lobby in block B was abandoned, which was a bit scary. And checking in in block A and then walking to block B was inconvenient. The soundproofing was poor, as my room was next to the spa. When they cleaned up at night, I could hear the sounds of tables and chairs being dragged and massages being given to guests. The breakfast was okay.

The hotel in block B is a bit old, but the basic furnishings are still quite good. The breakfast buffet was quite delicious and varied when I went. The downsides are the lack of an elevator and the unusable TV in the room.

Block B is an older building, but it's acceptable for the price.

I've been here several times. The receptionist or the room guide are all very cheerful. The security guard is also very friendly. I'm very satisfied with the service here. It's quite close to the beach. Near the park. The book street. The walk is very chill. I will come back here many more times.

Petro House has 2 blocks: A is newly built and B is old. Block B is very run down, most of the furniture and the hotel decoration is from 15 years ago. Lobby B is deserted, no air conditioning, block A is a bit more expensive but still better.

No elevator - pillows in the room were told they were out - only enough rooms - only if the room has a surcharge can you ask for pillows, but if the room is small and doesn't have a surcharge then you can't Extremely bad - old hotel
