Photos showed a pool and sauna. They stayed that that was an old picture and that they no longer have a pool and the the sauna was private and not for guests. Hotel location was far from Salzburg and not easily accessible. Breakfast was mid and they charge children full price

Room was mostly clean but a rather large cobweb in the corner of the room with a few huge spiders. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting the room cleaned up. Biggest down side was the parking. Make sure you book it in advance. They only have 9 spots and they go quick.

Some of the receptionists are not cooperative. I don’t recommend this property as the design of the room doesn’t maintain the privacy of the visitors. In addition, the beds are smelly.

Beautiful location right next to a wellness park. 1 street from the main road. Train and bus station right there. Info center were great service and know their information, very helpful. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Loved the area and will be back.

The property is located directly beside a beautiful park. Sadly, it was closed for visitors due to some event/cincert which went long into the night. We did enjoy it though as our room faced the park. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to a restaurant for a great tapas dinner. Definitely loved the vibe of this town, very quiet and safe. Would love to go back to enjoy the park and other spa facilities as we only spent a night there. Parking around the hotel is limited so you may need to find parking on the street, which was available free of charge after 6 pm. The room had no AC but still felt comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay again at this hotel. The only complaint I have is about the coffee in the coffee machine. I understand that the coffee pods are expensive but to be told I would need to buy replacements was not nice . 4 pots were left for two people and we were staying for 6 nights. Very mean! Breakfast was good and reception was friendly.

Turns out it’s right beside the Bad Reichenhall opera hall and a very cool massive old wooden structure that I could quite figure out the name of!

The hotel is modern and clean and staff were friendly. Location is great, and views from the rooms are lovely. One thing to be aware of is that there is no air con, so the rooms can get quite warm in summer, and they do also add an additional charge for parking.

Beautiful hotel located short walk from the downtown/pedestrian areas with beautiful gardens, restaurants, cafe/bars, beer gardens, ice cream, etc. Plese note - breakfast was included in our Expedia reservation. Parking was not. The hotel has limited parking and you must reserve it in advance. There is pay parking on the street. Breakfast was wonderful. Note the Family Room has fold out chairs for two (2) twin size beds in addition to the main queen bed.

Galerie Hotel Bad Reichenhall is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and is set next to some beautiful gardens making for very picturesque and peaceful feel. We found the facilities of the hotel very good and staff very friendly. We would definitely stay at the hotel again
