Bilingual staff made for easy conversation. Warning...beds are hard. All in all a great stay. Convinient to the places I needed to go. Several places to eat next door or within walking.

Every employee encounter we had was great and they were very helpful and respectful. The rooms were comfy, but there were a couple of cons with the room. The water pressure in the shower was not the best and the shower handle would come off every time we turned it on and the we couldn’t use the tv because the remote did not want to work. We could get it on (sometimes), but then the other buttons wouldn’t function or we couldn’t turn it off since it was a blank screen. But I think aside from the very few cons we will be staying here for our future MTY trips!

The property is in an ideal location for what we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and quite clean; I personally enjoyed the feather pillows for sleeping. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast/breakfast service. You have to order off of a menu and the menu was ok-it just took a while to get our orders. The staff was not very attentive and the second day we were in a hurry as we needed to get the airport and my order came out wrong. My husband finished his breakfast and was waiting on me. When the order finally came out, the eggs were right, but part of the breakfast that was supposed to be on the plate was missing. We had to asked several times just to get a straw and some napkins and coffee. I will say that the food was served hot and wasn't bad-but we were counting on a hearty breakfast and felt a bit let down.

No hot water in room, no sense of urgency to solve problems. Coffee maker dirty. Breakfast lightly poor. Juice flavor not so good, had too much water. Apparently the food court place was no so clean. Technician was repairing ice machine laying down over the main corridor to reach the food court.

It was a horrible experience! We had to change rooms because our TV wouldn't work. When we finally got to watch it, the streaming was wonky; the movie stopped and streamed every ten minutes. Very frustrating! Also, they promoted an indoor heated pool that was iced cold during our stay. The very reason I chose that hotel in the first place was because of the heated pool.
