It was a great hotel,clean and friendly workers

The hotel is well used and calls for a renovatation. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Pool facilities are perfect for small kids - however, not enough sunchairs for all guests (some guests are claiming sunchairs all day by placing their towels early in the morning). Too few parking spaces. Parts of the area seems abandoned - empty hotels and casinoes and worn facilities at the seaside.

This time we stayed in a newer residence and room was more comfortable and bigger with good sized balcony. Food ok for Dinner and breakfast but restaurant appeared overcrowded as too much people roam at the same time for buffet Service.

We stayed in older residence building Olea which needs some improvements, however balcony was nice. We had a problem with one arrogant waiter during dinner service, but complained directly to the hotel which was resolved. Pool is nice, but water was cold as it is not heated.Solid food for dinner and breakfast.

Average hotel (we have got a room in residence Olea, which is old and deserve refurbishment). Nice swimming pool but awkward business policy of taking 100kn of deposit for pool towel. Beach is 5 minute away, however it is rocky. Solid food offered for dinner and breakfast, but too much people roam around as restaurant is small.

We chose this hotel because of it vicinity to Katoro beach, a nice snorkeling place for beginners. The hotel and the "residence" are different buildings but they share a restaurant (big enough for all), pools (nice but the pools were either too shallow, about 40 cm, or too deep, 1,35 m, for a 5-8 year old) and the waterpark, which is basically a pool with slides for smaller kids and a set of 3 slides for bigger ones. There was a nice selection of other activities as well, so you were not bored for sure. The rooms were fine, not outstanding but good for our stay. The breakfast selection was good, but unfortunately, I cannot comment on the dinner because somebody messed up our reservation, and the hotel only had as "bed and breakfast" instead of half-board, which we originally wanted to book. That was a very disappointing experience, and hotels.com did not help nor did they even get back to our messages. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, it is all rocky though, clean but you must wear rock shoes. There are some restaurants and a market nearby, plus you can take a little train to Umag for sightseeing.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the hotel and the service - I am shocked to even see it's a 4 star hotel - wouldn't give it more than half a star. Charged 90 euros per night for an extra person in the room (even though I specifically booked a room with an extra bed) - extra bed turned out to be a sofa bed which was like sleeping on a cardboard box Staff not helpful at all nor accommodating to our simple requests Room was not clean and had ants roaming around Air conditioning was not working our entire stay Breakfast was unbearable - eggs were out of a carton, everything was processed, even the fruit was not fresh Charged us 45 Kuna for ice in the room Photos of the hotel, rooms and the property are very deceiving Definitely do not recommend this hotel at any cost - I could not wait to get out of the place. It was unfortunate because Umag is really nice but coming back to this disgrace was a holiday ruiner.

We spent few days. Food was very good. Kids enjoyed, water world is very excellent. Very nice surrounding, great for sunset walk near the sea or bike tour.

We really liked the services for kids. Our four grandchildren ages 5 to 9 enjoyed all of them. Disco dances, musical play shows for them and physical activities in pools (walking on the water, kayaking etc.) Nice small waterpark with slides for kids from 2 to 14 and food station just for children. All included in room charge. Beach is in short walking distance (about 5 minutes from pool area). It is formed of a large cement blocks and you can find easy enter to water. Sea bottom have large sand areas with water depth from one to six feet.

Staff were only too happy to help. A good selection of facilities, although a couple were closed at the time of our stay. Good choice of food, which was of excellent quality. Large room, cleaned on a daily basis. Only a short walk to a rocky beach. Road train provides a good link to Umag town centre. Excellent hotel for families.

If you are interested in tennis ..this is the place. Room below ground had musty smell but clean. Very good breakfast buffet.

Great entertainment for kids! Nice pools and location. Breakfast was good.

Alt for mange mennesker. Kø til mad - stor spisesal med masser af larm. Maden blev taget væk før lukketid ( hvor der var lidt ro)

Hotel, Zimmer und Essen okay...Wegüberdachung könnte wieder mal erneuert werden, da bei Regen viel Wasser durchtröpfelt

Gepflegtes Hotel ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Promenade schön zum Spazieren. Hatte ein neu renoviertes sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Essen war ok.

Tja die Anlage an sich schön aber etwas heruntergekommen. Das was uns sehr gestört hat war, dass das duschwasser nur lauwarm war. Trotz Beschwerde und angeblicher reparatur keine Besserung. Genauso mit dem Frühstück alles nur lauwarm bis kalt, die Rühreier, der kaffee, und sonstige "warme" Speisen..

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in Büffetform ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage ist gut, nur 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Einziges Manko war, dass man das Wasser sehr lange laufen lassen musste bevor es warm wurde. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
