It's a good motel. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. In the room with the king bed, not much room around the bed, and the pillows were extremely thin but otherwise good. Close to the bay. Breakfast was minimal but decent.

A leak from the room above , moving midnight to different room.

It's good for a budget motel. Friendly staff and the motel as a whole is taken care of. Little things like baseboards coming away from the wall and stains in the bath tub but nothing so bad to complain about. Only complaint I had is there was an event at the restaurant next door one night and upon our return from touring the coast we could not find a parking spot at the motel. couple of laps around the building we managed to get one as someone was pulling out. Otherwise no hot breakfast just fruit cereal individually PKG danish yogurt and option of instant oatmeal. Again not bad for a budget motel we have stayed in worse.

Sharmaine ( not sure if spelling is correct ) Was very personable and friendly. We came in late and she was able to get us a room on the main level for my brother. She was able to check me in and keep a conversation while on the computer.

This hotel is fine. Nothing spectacular but comfortable and good value.

Let me start off by saying the office manager was very nice and we had pleasant chatter and he always smiled and was attentive and always had good coffee available in the office. The proximity to the town was very convenient for our visit. Things that could be improved, it’s between two heavy traffic roads so upgrade the windows to a newer triple pane. None of our lamp tables power sockets worked for our phones so those should be checked as well. The tub drain did not keep up with the shower so it filled fast. And last, some of our bath towels had a lot of stains on them as well as the carpet turned my kids feet black when barefoot. Show attention to these things and we would love to stay again.

Nice property in Coos Bay. The bathroom had lots of dark hair everywhere but other than that the room was nice for what we needed. Around lots of fun things in town. Definitely good for a road warrior.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to downtown. You see the waterfront from the hotel balcony. Clean, quiet, and very wrlcoming stay.

We needed somewhere to stop and rest , this one seemed reasonable, upon entering the room , I will say you get what you pay for and keep in mind it’s a very old place , nothing is updated, and it’s upstairs/downstairs not mobility accessible. It was very dirty, the white towel I used on the floor to wipe down where my feet would be , the towel was not white when I finished wiping a small area down . Would never rent here again, we were better staying in the car .

Staff were very nice. They guy that checked us in went out of his way to give us good information of surrounding areas food and things to do. However the room was disappointing. It smelled like cigarettes really bad. They did have a small breakfast available in the morning.

Perfectly serviceable for the price, no real complaints.

My feet got dirty when I walked barefoot on the floor. I had to brush the dirt off before getting into the bed. The thermostat in the room didn't work. The heater never turned off, I got up at night and manually turned thr heat off. The staff were friendly & efficient

The front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice! We had super easy check in and out. The breakfast selections were simple but good, and there was fresh fruit and plenty of good coffee. The property is dated, but it was clean and quiet and served it's purpose for a few night's stay. The bed was comfortable, great in room coffee and cable tv. We parked directly in front of our room. A surprisingly good quality stay for a budget price.

The staff was wonderful, but the noise is horrible and the rooms are very small.
