The property and food in restaurant very good. AC in room did not work. They brought a fan for us.

Everything is fine except the room just a little bit small

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you.

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.

The staff were incredibly attentive, professional and polite. My room was clean and roomy. The location was within close walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and Lotte Duty Free, where many day trip tour buses picked up for site seeing. Would stay there again.

This was one of my most luxurious stays! I wish I'd booked more than one night! I will definitely be back. The staf was great and the room was one of the finest I've slept in.

Many food options around the hotel. Hotel was clean although Albeit older. Casino closes at 10pm. Near to airport, 3 mins.

Meh. Kind of average. Could do better (and probably pay more) or do worse (and probably pay less). Room I was in was completely analog, lol. Lightproof but definitely not soundproof. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast had decent selection but nothing was exceptional. Close to airport.

Good location

The check in process was relatively smooth. The only negative was the strong fragrance in the lobby. I must be sensitive to strong air fresheners but I think it was to mask cigarette smoke from the casino. We booked a suite with two king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was spacious and very clean. My family and I had a relaxing two nights there.

Very clean, very nice hotel. Very polite staff although communication is poor.

We stayed here for the free shuttle to the airport. The hotel itself was ok, the food options around the area is quite limited after 9pm.
