Nice hotel, clean. Free tea, coffee and cookie at lobby.

The hotel location is not in a tourist area, but it is strategic because it is close to Awajicho Station and only 2 stations to Tokyo Station. The staff is friendly and there is free coffee and snacks in the lobby. The room size is a bit small according to Japanese hotel standards, but there is a bathtub so the kids are happy

Everything is perfect! High speed wifi, big room, cozy, very clean, the hot water is just perfect, all is perfect! Will be back for sure! 😍.

The location is near the metro station (but must pass through the stairs if we are from the hotel to the station). Simple buffet food only.

My experience here is very pleasant. In the center of Tokyo, this hotel provides very affordable prices. Hotel services that are very friendly and meet all my needs make it more safe and comfortable to stay at this hotel. Especially given the view from the window to see Tokyo, I can't forget it. I recommend that all of you who want to go to Tokyo that this hotel has 5 star facilities but pay a 3 star price.

A bit upset while check in... I was request to have a early check in at 10am due to our early landing flight at Narita Airport. Actually, the website have an option for me to select the early check in time but without any particular notes or restrictions for customer even not on the booking confirmation. Eventually, I didn't take an early check in option because 5000Yen will be charged as highlighted by hotel staff even the room is available while my check in. The breakfast is just a fair. The location is good for shopping ski/snowboarding stuffs and very close to the METRO station.

The hotel is comfortable, friendly service. The hotel is very close to the metro train station. Here all feels close to what else the akihabara electronic center is.

Almost no staff can speak english so difficult. Check-out 15 minutes more than 11 am will be charged additional cost. Not good and good

Good hotel facilities, room small very clean with the reasonable price. Location very near to metro stationonly 150 meters but very far from JR station for walk about 1.5 km.
