Nice place, unfortunately no continental food

I did not like 50.00 security deposit.

It was clean and was quiet. Front desk very friendly and polite.

The condition of the room was very worn and smelled. Bathtub would not drain. Furniture was stained. Check-in time was 3 o'clock and we had an event at 3. Would not allow us to check in 30 minutes early to get ready. Not very accommodating.

Roaches in the first room, then dirty unmade room on the second attempt. One resident had 3 dogs living in the suite! Not again!

Nice staff

Had to move my room three times so I got a TV that works and then I wake up to know hot water. But it’s not worth saying anything because I was checking out after three days. I have been there several times before I never had an issue.

The front desk lady was rude. They had a power outage (obviously not their fault) and I had some questions and she just interrupted me and said I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to and that wasn’t her problem. Over all terrible experience and will not be staying there ever again.

Just wished they had something to eat in the morning

This hotel needs updating and a good cleaning. The hallways are dirty, and my room reeked with a strong odor of cleaning supplies and/or air freshener. The parking lot is small.

Good for the money.

I know people are careless, but the litter (bags, beer bottles and cans, water bottles) could be picked up outside more often. I do wish people wouldn't be so careless but it is what it is. Also the room key situation needs to be fixed. I had to have my room key rescanned multiple times. But staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff was professional and answered all of my questions. The room was clean!
