Friendly staff. Coffee/tea availability all day. Evening wine and cheese. I forgot to return my keys at checkout. The staff was friendly and allowed me to return by post without any penalty.

It is a very cute hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the lobby, games and complimentary coffee and tea. It is older and shows in the wear and tear in the facility. The balconies do need repair.

The check-in was quick, staff were super friendly, and upon arrival there was free wine & cheese for the guests. The lobby had a nice little seating area to eat and play board games. The rooms were clean and spacious as well.

This hotel is walkable to downtown and grocery store, walking path, etc. very clean and nice amenities, but most of all it has an AMAZING view 360• all around! Truly beautiful!!

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed that I even checked the brand of the mattress because I want one! Not for light sleepers due to the loud click of the heat/AC every time it shuts off.

The room was spacious and well furnished. It was very dark inside with no windows that could be opened to let in fresh air. The windows were very small, feeling like a basement apartment. No views to the outside world. It was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Nice lobby, complimentary coffee and tea available, clean and comfortable though property is rather old. Disappointing though, that no VIP perk was given even though i asked.

The property was aesthetically please and had a spa feel to it. The staff was pleasant and friendly. However, it would be helpful if their breakfast options was also gluten friendly for people with celiac disease.
