The rooms were tight and the bathrooms even tighter. I would probably look elsewhere to stay next time I am Edmonton. The staff were great!!!

Clean rooms

Air quality not good. Not the cleanest… very friendly staff though! No hot tub, sauna out of order…

We tried to set up the pullout bed but found that the comforter had an unpleasant stain on it. When we requested a replacement, we were given a thin blanket instead, which left my daughter feeling quite cold the first night. We followed up at the front desk to ask again for a proper comforter, but were brought the same light blanket. When we clarified our request, we were told that this was the only option available. Additionally, my husband, daughter, and I were really looking forward to using the steam room, but it was out of order for the entirety of our stay, which was disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming from check-in to departure. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
