It's good, close to all the tourist attractions. However, the parking attendant wasn't very attentive to customers. But it wasn't a big deal. Hopefully, they'll be more welcoming next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. However, one drawback is that the towels and small cloths provided by the hotel were extremely old. We encountered this on all four nights of our stay. Some were even torn.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of the city.

Pet friendly hotel, staffs are very nice and friendly with my dogs as well. Location for walking pet quite limited but best location for us close to central plaza and other shopping area. Highly recommended
