I booked a double room but the voucher was saying it 's for 1 person. For this reason they charged me extra 1000 baht cash (500 per night). From the app I see that price for 2nd person is not that high. So I'd like to ask for some discount for my next booking or something like this. Thank you.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Elderly people are very difficult. The hotel has two buildings, before booking, look carefully before booking a Grand superior room, think it's good, oh, it's on the second floor, next to the road, very noisy. The school will move to sea view, which is in a building on the 4th floor. then no elevator Who wants to take a break, call to clear with the school well first. The story is that the place you see in the picture is the back part which is a mountian view. We complained until the hotel agreed to move to the building behind the pool and mountain view, but still on the 3rd floor. There is no lift like the front building. Employees try to provide good service. All in all, not very impressed. family who is going to stay If there are elderly people, it will be difficult.

The staff are smiling. Providing excellent service The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, swimming pool, can play. Breakfast is a halal menu with a focus on the chicken. The parking is a little bit. There may not be enough parking space during the stay. Overall, very impressed.

Grand Superior room is very spacious, clean & well maintained. However, the room is by the street side, so it’s a bit noisy. If you want this room type with less noise, request for a higher floor. The outdoor pool is very beautiful with moutain view. Location is great as it’s just in a walking distance to the beach & nightlife.

Great place to stay, close to the aonang beach and market. Provide halal food and quite nice too. However, the air conditioner in the room feels warm maybe the room i stayed was big and the aircond is situated in non strategic area.

> View - I have opt for the non-pool view which there is no view > Room - The hotel room is clean. > Location - The location is very strategic but not sea view. Easily accessible to food. > Breakfast -The breakfast is a 3 star hotel breakfast. Not much choices.

Parking man are really nice, food is good, room is clean, hotel near beach, everything is near.. Downside is hotel didn't provide iron & iron board like others ☹️

The room is older than the photo, toilet broken, shower curtain dirty. Bathroom door noisy, internet keep cut off and slow.

Good location, very nice staff and room, average breakfast.
