No complaints. Everything superb, even the free parking!

The view of the lighthouse and the size of our suite was amazing. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. However, finding previous guests clothing in the closet and on the floor in both rooms was unsettling. The bathrooms were disgusting. It looked like the shower hadn’t been scrubbed in months. We couldn’t lock the balcony door because the handle was broken and the guy who was at the front desk during the evening basically said you aren’t on a ground floor so don’t worry about it. First, that is a horrible response. Second, the other rooms balcony was so close to our balcony and someone absolutely could come in. Third, what if we had a toddler and we needed the door locked for safety??? Not only that but we couldn’t use the pool because there were two women smoking pot by the pool and they were acting extremely concerning. I don’t think they were staying there and maybe friends with the front desk guy. Just the way it appeared. We left the pool because we didn’t want our 10 year old exposed to that behavior. Then I was awoken to people arguing and screaming. THEY NEED SECURITY!!! We will never stay here again. The island is pretty safe but I didn’t feel that way at this hotel.

Run down room. Strange smell in corridors and rooms. Noisy aircon.

Loved location, staff really aimed to please. I was informed by expedia, and property-several months back that it’s under construction, it looks like there’s little to no construction going.

We were right across the street from the lighthouse. We were within walking distance of the pier, pool, playgtound.

The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Great location and with a nice laid back vibe.

We stayed in the St Simons suite and it was awesome. Plenty of room and supplies and much better rate than other properties on the island.

The staff working there was great however, we were awakened at 1 in the morning with girls screaming and fighting in rhe hallway. That went on for 45 minutes. The shower made a loud whistling sound and 2 inches of water stood in bottom of the tub. The pool had sand in the bottom. Too many unsupervised kids everywhere. I can go on but thats enough for now

The property is being updated. The continental breakfast was very limited, but okay.

The room was nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel is in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants so it was great that we didn’t have to drive anywhere. They’re currently doing renovations, but it did not impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms could use updating, but for one night and the location it was perfect for our family. Workers were super friendly and took pride in cleanliness and accommodating guests. Would stay here again.

Very different shaped room. Breakfast wasn't much. Waffles, muffins, apple, oranges, no juice or milk, no decaf coffee. Definitely could have been better.

We loved the location for walking downtown and seeing the lighthouse.

Our stay was good, the only complaint is our tv had no channels, we called front desk and apparently the person that works on that was not there so we stayed with no tv

My husband was upset to find hair in the sink and the bathroom floor was dirty .
