Location was quite good but not for the room.. so dusty... u should think twice for choosing the room space.. but if u dont mind, this hotel was quite good...so many places nearby...

The hotel is awesome! 😍 the staff so helpful and kind.

The room isn't the same with the picture. Slighly dark for me for the lamp. The building and room looks quite old. Breakfast was okay and hotel is clean also the location is good. Maybe need some improve for the brightness in the room. I expect a better experience from my last stay.

The staff are not all friendly, the location is also not very strategic, far from everywhere, especially those who use the JR pass, don't stay here. What's worse, the rooms are old-fashioned, stuffy and really uncomfortable, lots of dust too. Don't come here if you want to stay.

The rooms are too small and the hotel staff does not speak English fluently, which makes communication difficult. The location is quite strategic, close to Shinjuku Station so as to facilitate transportation.

The hotel is very clean, complete facilities, comfortable, the service was very friendly. The hotel is close to the train station and close to tourist attractions namely Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. We only walk about 10 minutes. This hotel is highly recommended for those who want a vacation to Japan, especially in Shinjuku.

The rooms have many floors, clean, not far from Shinjuku. There is nearby LAWSON. Far from Shinjuku station But near the metro station

This accommodation is awesome at the middle of the tourist shopping place, Shinjuku.

Location is very near to train station exits, bus terminal to Gotemba, a few blocks from Don Quijote and other shopping malls. Many restaurants in the nearby area.

Hotel is very luxurious. Barking dogs. The room is a bit small but very clean. The bed is comfortable and absorbs the spirit to sleep. Don't be afraid of hungry Because can buy a buffet of 3 meals at 800-1,000 yen per head. Walk out of the Subway. There are both 7-11 and Lawson. Large luggage can be cared. The staff has 10 floors. Lift up and down conveniently. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable.

Staffs are incredibly nice, room is always clean, bathroom also always clean. the room is small for two people but for this price, it's understandable.
