other than the mold on the broken bathroom sink, the hotel was very nice, clean, and great for a week long stay. the kitchentte was perfect for small home made breakfasts and dinners to save money

Location was great but the rooms facing the street are dark because of the trees need to have all the lights on and even then it feels gloomy. We stayed over the end of the month and apparently the wifi code and garage door code changed but no one let us know. Some really nice bars and restaurants within a block or two, and an easy walk to town.

The unit was much bigger than I expected and it even had a bathtub! The carpet-like fixture on the floor is unusual and there were stains around it. The bed, pillows and blanket were great. The heating system is a bit noisy but it does the job. Wifi is really good although it might let you down for a few minutes at peak times. Kitchen is well equipped with glassware, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, chopping board and even a tea towel. This is my second time staying in one of their units. They seem to be improving but a few minor things would make a huge difference such as instructions on how or where to dispose of your rubbish, a couple of hooks or perhaps a coat hanger by the main door. Also, a mat for the bathtub would be great as well. The place was very central, within walking distance of the city centre. Many options for fresh bread around, the closest one being less than 1 minute walk. Good links to public transport. Quiet area at night.

The staff were lovely, all so friendly with good english! Things were explained well. The room looked just like the pictures and exactly what I expected. The room was spacious and clean other than one mark on the floor, but that really didn’t affect our stay! The bed was comfy and bathroom was just the right size! Definitely recommend and will definitely go back!

Staff friendly and near to centre, metro stops and museums also nearby.

A nicely located hotel with clean, sizeable rooms and friendly staff. The kitchenette is particularly useful if you want to save a bit of money eating out, for example by preparing your own breakfasts or lunches. My only negative comments are that our room wasn't cleaned every day (although this may have been due to my partner and I sleeping in most days!) and that occasionally there would be a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the other rooms.

Very good, reasonable cost

Hotel OK for my need. Cleanless some time doubtuous in common part and in room. Breakfast just OK. In one word, you get what you can expect for your money. No more. Staff was very friendly and smiling. This was really appreciable.

Very simple , good enough if youre not planning to spend your time in your room,but, very close to city center and alot of shops,restraunts,pubs.

Great location. Not far from City Centre. Apartment very clean and secure. Also secure parking available for 10E per day.

Good stay for the price, which was very reasonable for Toulouse. 30 minute walk to the Capitole, so not exactly the centre of town, but only 10 minute walk to Les Abattoires, the metro and river. Friendly staff. The room was satisfactory and unfussy; the carpet clean but quite hard. As the rooms are treated as apartments, no cleaner visited during my 4 day stay, so something to be aware of. Quite well stocked kitchenette with microwave and double hob in the room. Coffee machine present (no coffee), but no kettle. Decent supermarket next door. Guests are required to leave the kitchen as found, empty their bin and deposit rubbish downstairs when leaving, otherwise they risk an additional charge. Good breakfast, but only hot foods on offer were boiled eggs cooked to your liking; no meats. Wifi good, free option quite fast and fine for streaming youtube etc., but a faster, paid wifi option also available.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and close enough to central Toulouse. The only downside was towels and linens nor changed once in the 4 days we stayed.

Excellent accomodation, reasonably new. Had all the necessary facilities for cooking, heated towel rail in bathroom. Good shower, comfy bed. Easy to find. Staff helpful and friendly, able to speak English well. In Particular a staff member needs recognition - Najima. Parking you had to go around the block to get to the hotel's parking, as there were one way roads surrounding this accommodation, but no problem doing this.

Very helpful reception staff, nice room. We booked 2 double beds and one was a sofa bed but the matress was at least as good as any full double bed - nice!

Good value. Away from tourist area but 20 min walk to centre

Although the hotel wasn't "downtown," it was in a perfect place, just a 15 minute walk to the city center, near several metro lines and access to the Bike Toulouse station. Clean, helpful staff, and convenient. I also wouldn't bother paying for the 8 Euro breakfast, as you could easily find a cheaper option while walking around town.
