Great, only complaint i havenis yhe key was deactivated daily, so when i got jn at night, i had to have it reactivated.

I liked the room was properly clean with the right supplies . The only annoying part was high music played in some rooms when walking laneways. But in general good stay.

I got there before checking time and I’ve ask if possible could check in before. And they did there best for me to check in before checking time Perfect 10

Sólo la habitación 117 tiene muy mal la distribución del baño y la puerta. Muy incómodo. Aparte se descompuso el clima a mitad de la noche. Me cambiaron de habitación y todo bien 👍

The frontdesk stadf are friendly and willing to help. They also secure the doors at night which i like. In my opinion, this is a budget friendly hotel so i wasn't expecting much. Likes: -The hallway and presentation of the hotel/room is with modern styled and clean. - a/c worked really well -comfy bed in my opinion (medium firm) -friendly staff & cleaning ladies Dislikes: -no ventilation in the bathroom -mild sewer smell in my room (my room is on the 2nd level, a smaller room compared with others. I had complained about it in which they offered to have the cleaning lady come to deepclean or change room) -Since it's located by the freeway, and being at an intersection of busy streets, you can hear the traffic early in the morning. Not so much of soundproofing designed in the building.

Low key terrible…rooms were absolutely tiny, says it sleeps 4 which can be true if all four are tiny, breakfast sucked, “Ran out” of breakfast at 9 a

Staff no friendly. No correct information .No more.

The staff are fabulous. The shower door was hard to open as it was flush with the floor. It scraped and could only open so far. There was an extremely pungent smell of a cinnamon air freshener which was very unpleasant.

Property manager said VRBO had not paid them and would not allow me to check in without paying on the spot, which I did. When I reached out to VRBO, they confirmed that payment was received by the property. Long story short, VRBO has not been able to refund my double payment after several months. The property is refusing to refund the double payment - crooks! I would go anywhere else in Guadalajara.

I liked the room the staff the buffet. I didn’t like the parking.

I like the staff and the service and the food and the location because it is convenient to go to the store and to go to different places and you can ride the buses if you want to and it is close to the expo Guadalajara and some other places.

This hotel is in a very good location and all the staff were great. Very helpful. Food was good! Very clean hotel. I would stay again. Thanks to all the staff .
