Wonderful location and staff. Rooms a little tired

I've stayed here many times over many years, it used to be a beautiful, peaceful place, but now, its all just a party. Constant loud music from the property, even audible from the top floor and it's halways. Everythign is broken, air conditioning, ice machines, jacuzzis, light switches, etc. I was even moved to another suite, where even more things were broken. This place has really gotten terrible recently, deapite being so good betore. It is certainly not worth it anymore, with mych better resorts nearby

Estuve en Panamá para un viaje de negocios y luego de una semana muy cargada en la ciudad, me moví al Summit y fue la mejor decisión. Fui sobretodo por jugar golf, y en realidad es una excelente

We loved staying here the first night my family arrived from the states. Enjoyed the pool, food and awesome staff.

The actual facility is lovely, the foods delicious and the staff are first rate! The grounds are also very nice ! The room was adequate, a bit dusty, only 4 hangers in the closet and had to ask for wash/face cloths. We had balcony room but could not access the balcony due to humidity???

It does need some upgrading however its a wonderful setup and a great place to stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Room with a balcony is a must! Great place for kids, lots of wildlife. Don't need to be a golfer to enjoy this place.

The service was quick and very helpful. The location is secluded from the noisy city traffic. Clean and dinner was delicious. Breakfast is included which is a plus.

The picture shows a balcony. The room they gave us did not have one. Thats the reason we chose that room. You have to change the picture.

Excellent location for the nature lovers. Rooms are big and most with balcony having great view outside. However, the property is a bit rundown due to the poor maintenance. We had several issues like, not getting hot water at times, ac related water leakage from the ceiling, ac making noise etc.

This hotel is in a pretty location, but quite far outside of the center of Panama City, and about 40 minutes from the airport. Fairly convenient for visiting the canal or Soberania national park, but not for anything else. Two nice pools, though the water was a bit cloudy. Beds and rooms were comfortable, with nice views over the jungle, and we really enjoyed the walking tour of the butterfly garden and frog farm. Staff was friendly. The less good stuff: food options are extremely limited. You're really stuck on site because the nearest other food is 20-25 minutes away and there are no easy taxi or uber options. Food took forever and it was challenging to even find someone to order from. Pool towels were a total pain in the neck to get. There's supposed to be someone at the pool who can get them for you, but you have to give them your ID in exchange, and we had to hunt them down every time. Also, they emailed us a few hours before were supposed to check in and told us our room had been damaged and we couldn't stay our first night. They rebooked us at the Radisson near the Panama Canal, which was fine, but it was stressful and inconvenient to have to switch hotels (it was only a 2-night stay to begin with, so we ended up with 1 night in each place). They do a lot of events, so I would avoid the place on weekends unless you want to have the pool and food options severely limited by a wedding or similar big event. That happened our second day.

I loved the outside facilities. The rooms I stayed in needed ongoing maintenence. In one room the handle of the shower fell off, in another room I stayed in the bathroom door was completely stuck shut. Staff had to come get it unstuck whenever it accidentally got closed. There were also air conditioner issues as well.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect stop on our Panama vacation to show our kids the rainforest, wildlife, and Panama Canal. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

There are no words to express how wonderful everyone and everything was! I did not want to leave. It felt like I left the whole world behind!
