The hotel room is spacious and clean with the price offered. The breakfast is delicious. The location is relatively far from the city center. When checking in, we were served by a new receptionist, she said that we had not paid for the hotel, even though we had paid in full when booking the room. She also wrote the wrong floor on the room key. Luckily there was Emily who helped. Emily is very friendly. There is a deposit of gbp 50 per room.
