Good location

Twin beds really Smaller than anywhere else and pillows not confortable.

Beautiful places - room with a balcony definitely worth it! Convenient location

Room was perfect for the four of us - plenty of space and the breakfast was relaxing and enjoyable. The downside was our room was on 1st floor and apparently right above the outdoor smoking area, so the room smelled like smoke if we had the windows open which was disappointing.

Excellent customer service was so refreshing as it is rare these days! Easy parking included and beautiful area. They had an extra bed( a good one) made already and was impressed. Clean and comfortable room.

We stayed at Hotel Interlaken recently. Overall, the hotel itself was quite nice—the rooms, although a bit small, were clean and comfortable. The washrooms were also well-maintained and up to standard. However, we did face a serious issue during our stay. Both my wife and I developed a severe skin allergy, which we believe was caused by either the detergent used or lack of cleanliness in the bedsheets and towels. It was quite disappointing and took away from an otherwise pleasant experience. We hope the hotel looks into this matter seriously.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Interlaken. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was cozy and clean, and the room service was quick and reliable. Breakfast was nice—they did their best to offer a good continental spread, which we appreciated. We had dinner at the hotel once, and it was a great experience. The Swiss dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was lovely. Overall, it was a great stay. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made our time in Interlaken even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The property is in good condition and a great location. However, it was too warm and there was no air conditioning. Breakfast must be improved with better choice, including an omlette station.

Extremely expensive for what you get. Body soap and shampoo are one bottle. No hair conditioner available. Room is extremely small. I would research other hotels in area for better value and amenities.

Great location and hotel. They have a lounge but no bar which was a bit different. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay at this hotel. I often read all reviews looking for personal experiences so I wanted to share! This hotel was a 5-7 minute walk from Interlaken OST station, which made it easy for us to travel to surrounding towns. Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants! Room was cozy, beds and pillows were really comfortable! Breakfast was great in the mornings and the restaurant in the hotel is great for dinner. We had a fabulous stay!

The location is great. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station and the natural scenery is amazing. There's a microwave so you can easily heat up food. The breakfast buffet is also great and delicious.

Hotel has delicious breakfast selections each morning marvelous team all around, rooms very clean , comfortable and surroundings are well kept . We also like proximity to church , train stations , restaurant Taverne in site serving delicious menus with great presentations . Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . Always a relaxing stay , staffs welcoming and can’t think of any better place to stay while visiting Bernese OBerland . Thank you team Interlaken , George and Karin, your customer service is second to none .

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Interlaken! Check in is smooth . Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, just a 7-9 minute walk from Interlaken Ost station.
