Everything perfect. One little defect, the mold in the bathroom

The infrastructure is a little bit old, as sometimes pass in Italy....The shower and the air conditioner were not very satisfactory, and I had to suffer the unkind treatment of an employee named Silvia, who unloaded her personal problems on me I will not repeat the experience

The property is in Rho e small town near Milano, and is very close to the train station. it´s easy to go From Milano Centrale to Rho. Rho is a nice city wherw you can end your day having tasty italian ice creams.

Hotel was clean and staff is friendly. Transport to centre of Milano is easy with train.

The door of the room did not close. The room smelled to insecticide. The blankets were in a bad state. The person from my office who was staying at that hotel had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night since the conditions did not allow her to sleep there.

The staff were very helpful with information regarding transportation and how to get around. They were very friendly and welcoming.

From check in to check out, I was treated very poorly. This occurred with four different front desk managers, which tells me it’s a management issue. Keys, OMG, you need to check your key in with front desk coming and going and it has an anchor of about a pound. I was never informed I needed to turn key in at front desk every time you left which I am sure precipitated untrusted. I brought my daughter, and she had a female friend from Parma come up for an Opera in Milan and we met her in Milan. Upon return to Motel, I asked front desk if could stay with us or if I could purchase separate room for her. This wasv1:00 am in morning. They sId no because she didn’t have passpor although she showed electronic passport, US drivers license and Parma School ID. We found a different hotel for her to stay in same town with electronic passport. Hotel lied. I spent twelve days in Europe - Paris, Milan, Rho, and Nice and was treated with great respect and hospitality at all with exception of this hotel. Please have this place call Hotel Italian to learn about customer service.

I stayed in Rho rather than the city centre of Milan as hotel costs in the city centre were high leading up to the Milan Fashion week. Rho is only a 20 minute train ride into Milan. Despite being only a 2 minute walk from Rho train station, I didn’t hear any train traffic. My room was clean and comfortable, good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Nice Turkish cafe a few shops down that make good pizzas and kebabs. I was getting a night bus from Milan to Brussels, and the staff were happy to mind my luggage after check out, until I returned that evening at no extra cost. My initial room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, and the staff happily changed my room, und upgraded me without any qualms. I would definitely recommend Hotel Esperia.

Hotel staff were great, great location just outside is the station, can not say the same for one un helpful particular staff member at the train station, buyvits not about them. Hotel was great.

From check in I was treated like family. 24hr Reception service answers questions, have train timetables, collect Fed Ex parcels, make extra Cappuccinos at Breakfast, and ensure that the stay is warm, safe, and happy. I am extremely happy with my 3 night stay.

This hotel was wonderful the personnel really helpful and also the location was perfect! Just a few feet away from the train station!!! We love it!!!

very pleasant but outside the urban metro fare zone so had to buy train tickets so cost a bit extra and took longer t get into the centre. lots of cultural things to visit. had a day at lake Como too- lovely

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She try to let me check in early upon the room is available. Furthermore, the location of this hotel is just perfect, walking distance to train station, so convenient.

Nice 3 star hotel in front of the train station in Rho, with easy parking in the area. Rooms are clean and recently renewed. Staff is OK. Good alternative to hotels in Milan, in a quite town near Fiera and the motorway to Turin and to Malpensa (45 minutes away).

The receptionist is very helpful. But the room is quite tiny and hard to open my luggage case freely. the hotel is quite old but clean. However, prefer to atay in city center next time as the traffic to airport is not convenient and not many restaurAnts nearby for dinner at night.
