Great place! Loved Grado and Laguna Palace!

Room was spacious and view great. Food at the Laguna Sky Restaurant amazing and breakfast buffet super. Parking available for a fee in the underground parking which is great as Grado has very few parking spots available. Beach super close which can be seen from the hotel and beach chairs can be bought directly at the reception. Towels are available against a deposit which was great so you don't need to bring extra towels with you. Air condition is a cooling system and not as efficient as a normal AC, but environmental friendly. Despite I raised this several times with the staff that our room never goes below 25°C, and every time they highlighted that it will take 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours for it to cool down and all windows and doors need to be closed, it never went below 25°C. So instead of telling me a story about how it will become cooler, set the expectations instead and be transparent. I would have appreciated the straight forward answer that it wont work as a normal AC and it will not become as cool as I wished for, instead I got annoyed every time the expectations you set were not met. Snippy younger staff didn't make it better. Overall the great food, breakfast and restaurant staff made up for the AC experience.

Overall we had a wonderful time at the Laguna Palace and would absolutely stay there again. the location was truly ideal too - 5 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk to dinner, perfect view of the sunset and completely away from all the noice and busy streets. The staff was so helpful with getting us bikes and beach chairs, it was awesome! The breakfat buffet is also really really good. Protip though, DO NOT get a massage. it was the worst massage of my life - felt like someone was fingerpainting on me. They even rubbed my belly for like 10mins, it was THE WEIRDEST MASSAGE EVER! Afterwards i had enough oil on me to float on top of water. That was truly the only con was the terrible massage we paid for, but it was worth it dor all the hysterical laughing about it we did afterwards. Wifi was consistently terrible as well.

very nice room with plenty of space for 2 for one night. the front desk staff was a little stiff but were helpful. the pool/spa was very relaxing. it was strange to enter the restaurant thru the spa entrance but the food and service at restaurant was delightful.

Need a plumber to take a shower because water doesn't go out and I need to build a towel dam, need help to switch off the light in the room, air-conditioning exists but doesn't work. No way to change the room because of "fully booked" but there're still available rooms on the booking sites. Broken glass on the table in the room. No towels in the pool area. I explained all that to the manager but no reaction there. So I had to pay a full price for the stay with no discounts or benefits. No complains to the restaurant though.

Nice hotel in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the small town and restaurants. Very helpful and pleasant staff who dealt with al queries very efficiently. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer!

Leider hatte das asap-Pool geschlossen. Die Direktion hat es jedoch sehr gut mit einer Alternative gelöst. Frühstück Top. Zimmer Top.

Sehr nettes Personal. Aussicht vom Spa/Poolbereich ein Traum. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Whirlpool hätte wärmer sein können.
