Lovely stay! Friendly staff - and great location!!

Excellent location. Front desk very helpful even helped bring out my luggage on departure.

A very comfortable upmarket hotel right in the heart of Nancy. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were very easy. The location is great - everything is within very close walking distance. We enjoyed the little literary flourishes everywhere. Highly recommended.

Perfect location in the middle of town with parking one block away. It's worth paying extra for the suite. Very nice and cozy.

Great location near fabulous Stanislaw Square - we stayed overnight driving northern Italy to Calais; our room faced front and with the window open there was quite a lot of noise- not the hotel’s fault but something to bear in mind

Fantastic location, but when we were there a problem with the boiler meant we had no hot water. Definitely annoying but otherwise stay was great.

Delightful hotel in central position. Retro in style but with modern facilities, friendly staff and good breakfast. Warmly recommended. Two tram stops or 15 mins walk from TGV station.

Hotel was about a block from the square, where there was a light show at 10 PM. There was an elevator. Our room had AC and a wonderful shower. Bed was comfy.

Great hotel in the center of the city

Excellent location in the centre of Nancy. Very nice traditional hotel. Car-parking in multi-story very closed reasonable (€25 for two days and nights)

Central location right by the cathedral. Parking 2 minutes walk away in public car park, but you can drop off bags right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area (although some of those recommended were shut for the August holidays). Very helpful staff. Adequate breakfast (very good coffee). Room was smallish but very comfortable bed and proper old furniture. Bathroom with stained glass window was lovely. Cleaning of bedroom excellent. Bedrooms in great condition; corridors a little tatty. Great for an overnight or two day stop. Lack of comfortable bedroom seating or lounge area may put you off for a longer stay.

Hotel was great, good breakfast and parking is easy...loved the distance to Stanislas Place.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable with courteous and very professional staff. I loved the "caché'of this unique place a block being Stanislas Plaza. Great shower.

Hotel was a joy to return to after very hot sight seeing. A wonderful surprise to have a fan in each room. Bathrooms very unique and spacious. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed this hotel. The location was great. We were able to walk to the beautiful square and to best shopping street. The bathroom was a bit odd because there was only a half wall, so no privacy. And the breakfast was an added fee.
