Breakfast was amazing. Room is not good. Dirty sheets (disgusting really) cockroach on the bathroom. Room was horrible. Sorry, never again.

Great hotel to spend the night when you have a layover in Campinas. The food from the restaurant was pretty good.

Staff were wonderful the only downside was you can hear people talking on the hallway

Ficamos nesse hotel para descansar e pegar a próxima escala. Teve um problema com o pagamento mas a Michele da recepção foi super profissional e nos ajudou. Agente tava muito cansado e não conseguiu acordar pra tomar café. Ai eu fui na recepção ver que horas abria o restaurante, a moça falou 12. Aí eu voltei 12 e o restaurante ainda tava fechado. Eu voltei na recepção com a mesma moça e ela foi super grossa quando respondeu denovo que abria 12. Aí eu falei moça que horas são? Ela disse 12:01. Ela me respondia com cara de ódio. Infelizmente é esse tratamento que recebemos no Brazil.

Good customer service, they need to upgrade at least the Pillows. You can not rest with a hard pillow on your bed. Please get new pillows.

Only stayed one night, and the installations are simple, but it served its purpose.

AC won’t cool down the room. Toilet won’t flush correctly. Mattress is terrible. Place is not clean.

Very nice hotel, very educated and helpful stuff

Very close to the airport. Uber ride in the morning was only R$10. Many units. Free breakfast buffet in two dining rooms. But had run down, "tired" appearance... They keep it basically clean... Probably a lot of traffic over the years, in need of some renovation, power washing, painting, etc.
