All was good. Rooms had own thermostats ! Except 1. parking location was close but there was confusion about payment. Hotel said it was manned but no one was at the booth that had a sign stating 5euros , but on another sign 5 day and 5 night. But since no one was there you had to use the machine which only gave me 5 hr for 10 euros , in coins only Back at Hotel front desk said 5 E per day only and since we were staying 2 days the 10 e was fine But if there is not an attendant upon depsrture one does not have to pay!? At breakfast , all hot drinks relied on a server at the coffee machine so it was slow. The breakfast room was large and airy with an outside area, good for hot weather which we did not have.

In the center of town , with very easy access to all amenities. Very attentive personnel, with friendly attitude.

Let start with this, this is Not a Hotel. Apartment, . No hot water , the safe is absolutely not working , no normal glass in the room. I want my money back !

The staff were the most friendliness and polite people you can ask for. There service was excellent and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone as one of the best rated in Otranto.

Never having been to Italy before, I had no prior expectations but was delighted with this small, modern, spotless, no frills hotel close to the seafront. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff - those on reception speak English. I was staying there alone but had a spacious, modern, fairly basic, family bedroom and small shower room - had everything I needed. Bright, airy restaurant on 3rd (top) floor with small outside terrace. Good, plentiful, varied breakfasts - cereals, fresh fruit, yoghourts, tomato crostini, ham, cheeses, choice of breads, croissants, pastries, local cakes, home made jams, fruit juice, tea, coffee. They do evening meals too, but didn't try those as I met up most evenings with family members staying in other locations around Otranto - we were all there for a wedding. Street outside room noisy until 2am most nights and particularly on weekend when a fiesta was on - scooters, motorbikes, car horns, crowds returning from local bars and restaurants - but not a problem with shutters and windows closed and air con on - when it worked!. All in all I enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to return if the chance arose.

Arrived early afternoon and were warmly welcomed and found a parking spot outside the doors (car parking is limited around the hotel). We were shown to our room and after unpacking went for a walk around Otranto. The hotel is close to the Cathedral, castle old city and numerous restaurants - anything from pizza to lobster - the choice is yours. After a good night's sleep visited the third floor dining room with great views over the city and had an excellent breakfast. Good choice of cereals, breads, cold meat and cheeses, jams, fresh fruit and of course coffee. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Can't complain anything! A good hotel :) Staffs are nice and friendly. A room was nice and clean. The location was right in Centre. good value.

Service a améliorer. Le portier de nuit dors on doit le réveiller pour rentrer dans l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas forcément évident. En revanche, la chambre était rénovée. Très belle.

Ótima localização, bem na entrada da área pedonal do centrinho de Otranto! Tem estacionamento conveniado, tem café da manhã e o quarto era limpo, com ar-condicionado e frigobar; senti falta de chaleira elétrica/cafeteira. Secador de cabelo muito ruim…, mas acho que devem estar melhorando isso, pq minha mãe ficou num quarto mais moderno com um secador melhor!

Sono tornato ancora una volta come ogni volta quando sono qui in vacanza ad Otranto ed ho trovato la struttura rinnovata e modernizzata. È rimasta, come sempre, la bella accoglienza e l’attenzione. Si sta bene qui!

Hotel muitíssimo bem localizado e com estacionamento pago perto do hotel. O hotel no geral é simples mas tudo funciona bem, desde o atendimento dos funcionários, o ótimo tamanho do quarto, ótimo café da manhã com uma vista excelente da praia de Otranto. Merece destaque a educação, gentileza e extrema cordialidade da Simira, que atende no café da manhã e da Enzza que atende na recepção e nos deu valiosas informações da cidade. Obrigado a todos pelo ótimos dias em Otranto.

Hotel super localizado, perto do mar e centro histórico. Quarto confortável, limpo e café da manhã muito bom. O atendimento da equipe foi fantástico.

Localização é ótima. Nao gostei das camas, colchão ruim e a 3° cama q falava q era de solteiro, na verdade era um sofá cama, péssimo. Chuveiro horroroso, não sai quase nada de água.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado, quarto muito amplo e limpo, café da manhã excelente, localizado no rooftop com uma vista incrível. Recepção gentil, deixou fazermos checkin antes do horário. Estacionamento a 200m por 5 euros. Foi uma ótima estadia. A cidade de Otranto é linda!!!

Gute Lage zu Städtvhen und Strand. Parkplatz war umsonst! Frühstückdbuffett auf der Aussenterrasse Für eine Nacht sehr gutes Hotel.
