Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.

It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room. Thank goodness there was an oscillating fan in room. Bartender at cocktail longue on 1st floor was great. Lavender cocktail was very nice. You need to build a walkway from parking area so people can safely walk to hotel.

It's a spa hotel that could learn a lot by visiting other spa hotels around the world. They charge you for an early check-in 20euros, which is steep, especially when the place is huge, and was obvious that they weren't at capacity. As far as I could tell, you have to book the dinner and breakfast with the room, and both are not good. Imagine you are eating airplane food and that's what you have. If you can avoid it make sure you do.They didn't provide water at the dinner or in the room (only for a fee), which is very strange for a "spa" hotel. They charge for any little thing "extra" you get. For example, they charge for fresh juice at breakfast. They have a security tag on a very worn robe, which is extremely tacky. They make you purchase slippers, but because the spa floor was so wet I almost fell many times. They don't give you an intro to the spa areas and it was confusing. We finally found the "fire & water area", which is the only area worth going to unless you have a loud family or you want to watch tv or listen to bad music. It's more like a family waterpark than a spa. Fire & Water area does have a lot of different saunas, and an ice room, so that was the best part of our stay. The bed was comfortable, but there was a super loud noise in the hall at around 3:30 am that woke us. The wifi doesn't work well. The receptionists are friendly. The spa doesn't open until 10am and guess what check-out is also at 10am. Unless you want to pay an extra 20euro again.

The room was exelant, new and well decorate. The service was very good. What we dislike is the fact that you have to walk a lot to the pools and to eat.

Food, spa, all was perfect. Dont be confused with the Season hotel which is 3star only, thus rooms are smaller and not so nice and comfortable. Slippers are not provided!

Amazing spa facility and views. The breakfast buffet was very good but there were almost no vegetarian cooked food options at dinner. This was a bit of a disappointment as they had more veggie options there on my previous stay.

The Hotel is located in a gorgeous picturesque area surrounded by beautiful mountains, clean air and outstanding thermal facilities, massage, beautiful large pools, great restaurant, coffee and liquors and beer bar. Staff are courteous very helpful with good English skills. The pools are awesome, clean warm and fresh thermal water. Sky areas are visible from my room balcony not far away. Also the view of the Tatras are breathtaking. The breakfast facility is worth of special mention with long tables piled up high with excellent quality pastries, cakes, cereals, nuts, fresh fruits, breads, juices, syrups and delicious preserves possibly all homemade. The hot items are served freshly made by a chef on a hot grill and you can enjoy eggs any style, omelets, small delicious thin airy pancakes similar to palachinka, many sausages, cold cuts, bacon, yogurts, fresh fruits and almost anything you can think of. It is hard to imagine you wouldn't find something delicious here! Check out was super fast even in rush hour and I must thank Ms. Lili at checkout counter for helping me with my taxi to Kosice Airport.Great young lady very helpful kind and patient with someone that didn't speak the Slovak language.THANKS!! I most definitely visit again this hotel for a long stay in ski season and spring even when I traveled all the way from New York the trip was worth it. A very nice place you should visit no matter what country you are from. I give it 5 stars!

A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral. A stay at the hotel gives you unlimited access to the attached waterpark, including an excellent sauna area with eight different saunas, three cooling areas. (an ice cave, cold pool, and an ice fall) Breakfast and dinner are included, and drinks are very affordable. Location is just a short walk to the train station and the room has a balcony with chairs and a gorgeous view of the High Tatras mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Eastern Europe. My only complaint is that for as new of a hotel as it was, it did not have in-room WiFi. You had to go to the lobby to get it. It's a minor inconvenience though for a great experience overall.
